I get to Gallatin to go home and they call me one hour before my pick up and say that they are 20 reservations short on cars. Mind you they could’ve called at any time prior so I had a chance to make alternative plans to go home. Called the corporate line twice and was told a management team was working on it and never received any communication back.

I had a severe allergic reaction from all of the pet hair in my rental, it was a kia soul. 😭 I tried disputing the charge but these people are very good scammers. They have nasty rental cars that match their nasty employees. Edit: i cant believe i have to pay for the cat hair car! 🤬

However, after speaking with a gentleman named Phil from Enterprise, he was pretty disrespectful in the way that he was speaking to me. While we were on the phone Mr. Phil started speaking more about the vehicle I was approved for, mentioning the situation I’m in and that mentioning it’s a reliable car. While that is true. I mentioned I’d like to be happy with what I buy. Especially when it’s thousands of dollars I’ll be spending throughout the years. Mr. Phil had moments of laughing while explaining things to me. Which is very rude in my opinion. Laughing at a Potential customer that’s trying to buy a vehicle is not going to help you make your sale. In fact, it kind of pushed me further from even deciding to take time to think about if I wanted to move forward with the Toyota Corolla.
