  Ordered and installed wrong parts first time I did a brake change. Had to take it back to address squealing sound. New rotors warped in less than 10 months.

  I can’t say enough good things about Heaven Sent Automotive. Jody, the owner, and his team went way above and beyond what I expected. I originally brought my vehicle in thinking I just needed brakes, but Jody caught several serious issues that another shop completely missed. In addition to front and rear brakes, they identified problems with my rear suspension shocks and also a failing master cylinder. That is a big deal because if a master cylinder goes bad, it can seriously impact your ability to brake safely. The fact that another shop overlooked that was concerning, but I am grateful Jody didn’t. What really stood out is that he didn’t just fix the problems. He advocated for me. I have a bumper to bumper warranty, and Jody personally got on the phone with the warranty company and pushed to make sure everything that could be covered was covered. Because of that, a large portion of my repair bill ended up being taken care of. That kind of effort is rare. Amanda in the office was also awesome. She was super helpful, easy to talk to, and kept everything running smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Another thing I appreciated is that they offer a military discount, which I qualified for, and they also do something really cool where they extend similar savings to customers who bring in pet food donations during certain times of the year. That says a lot about the kind of business they run. The technician who worked on my vehicle was also a fellow veteran, which I really respected. Overall, this is an honest shop with thorough work and people who actually look out for you. I highly recommend them.

  A friend highly recommended Heaven Sent so I gave em a shot. The work was done quickly at a fair price. I appreciated the no nonsense approach & not telling me my vehicle needed a ton of other work that you would typically get at a dealership or most shops. Thanks guys, I’ll be back!
