  Rented an SUV for 8 days. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The car was well maintained and ride was comfortable. Suggest making sure that all service related indictors are reset preventing false warning signals (e.g. oil level). That can remove anxiety.

  10/10 Customer Service. Long story short, I had paid for a rental in full at Avis/Budget down the street. When I arrived the rep informed me he gave my vehicle to someone else. I drove to the nearest Enterprise - this location - and Andrew immediately got me in a vehicle that was available at this location. Enterprise in Cool Springs was a life saver. Thank you team for helping me out in a pinch. Never use Budget or Avis - especially the one at the Embassy Suites.
