  Called this afternoon to make a reservation, asked to speak to someone in the store. Guy said he is the one that makes all of the reservations. And I set up an f550 to be rented and picked up this afternoon. When to location to pick up and they didn’t have my reservation on file and said they don’t have any of those trucks in the state. If there wasn’t 5000 menu options when calling and someone just picked up the phone when you called this probably would not have happened.

  The only reason I'm giving five stars to this place is because of one associate at the Columbia Avenue branch: Van. My husband and I came in at our appointed time to pick up a mid-size SUV only to find them trying to push us into a minivan. It turns out they didn't actually have any midsize SUVs at the location at the time even though we had reserved one far in advance. We didn't feel comfortable with the size of the minivan, which was too large for us to drive comfortably. Unfortunately we ended up waiting over an HOUR for them to get a mid-size in. The icing on the cake is when the midsize got in, nobody actually told us it was there! Van was literally the only person to check on us, figure out the car was there and walk us through the rest of the process. We had lots of questions about the features of the car because it was newer model, which he patiently answered. And when we noted that the car didn't have a lightning charger he literally walked across the street to the gas station to buy a cord for us! You can't ask for better service than that and I hope he gets all the credit he's due because he was the only bright spot in the whole debacle.

  I am writing to share my immense gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Tyler at Enterprise today. He assisted my mother with a rental, and his care, kindness, and gentle demeanor throughout the entire process were truly remarkable. Tyler took the time to patiently walk her through everything and worked closely with us to ensure we selected the appropriate vehicle that she would feel comfortable and confident driving. He went above and beyond to assist us during a time of need, proving that Enterprise is dedicated to their motto of 'We'll pick you up' by meeting us exactly where we were with such compassion. 💙 His communication and professionalism are top-tier, and I truly hope his regional manager sees this—Tyler is a shining example of outstanding customer service!⚡🎆

  Called twice to confirm pickup time and date. Got to the auto repair shop and Enterprise wasn't there. The auto shop informed us that they never schedule ahead of time. In fact, the autoshop has to call them when the client gets there so they can then leave from 20 minutes away to come meet them. It was incredibly frustrating, as I had confirmed twice with them on the phone that they would meet us there at the time appointed, and they did not, and they never planned to. Update: It got worse. They didn't bring the car we requested (and they confirmed) either. Late. Wrong car. Wrong pickup location. No apology or effort to make it up to us. Just bad service all around.
