  There isn’t enough words that can describe my experience with this horrible location. I’ve been a customer of enterprise since 1996, I’ve met so many wonderful managers and area supervisors throughout the years, That has given me nothing but the upmost respect and great customer service… But at this particular location, The employee by the name of David Knudsen, smh If they keep him as an employee, they will most definitely have to start counting their days.. He was so Rude, Dismissive, argumentative and Disrespectful. He went out of his way to let me know that he wouldn’t lie about anything because he was a Christian, Right after He put me in a rental car that smelled like dog, was super dirty on the outside and even head dog hair it coming from the vent. I asked him why didn’t he clean the car before I picked it up, he’s smartly responded, it was cleaned about 20 minutes ago, and I did it myself😳 As if my eyes and nose were deceiving me😳 I asked him numerous times for the area supervisors personal information, he gave me an email, and I have yet to speak with the district manager and it’s been weeks at this point. I had my rental car for Over a month, Thank goodness, the other employee by the name of Abraham, Took over and made this experience a little more better. He actually put me in a clean car, Responded promptly and Professionally without any argument or going back-and-forth. He should be the store manager or at least a supervisor, because he took my situation/experience from 0 to 10… David is not meant to deal with the public, it’s just not his thing, He needs to be in the back, washing the cars or working somewhere where he doesn’t have to interact with customers.. I want to say more, but there’s not enough room in this post, But what I will say, if you all are in the Franklin area and you’re looking for an enterprise to go and purchase from, choose another location besides 1900 Columbia Ave… If you care about your sanity and have any self-respect, you would take my advice… FYI: I still have not been contacted by anyone with High up from enterprise,smh

  After my car accident, I needed a rental quickly and was honestly stressed about the whole situation. David went above and beyond to make the process smooth and comforting. He didn’t just hand me any car — he took the extra time and effort to find a vehicle I would truly feel comfortable and confident driving. His kindness, patience, and customer service made a difficult situation so much easier. I truly appreciated how much he cared. Highly recommend working with David if you want someone who genuinely looks out for you!

  Abraham was very helpful. Extra effort was put in to get me the truck I needed. David helped as well making sure I was satisfied with my rental and that I got into the vehicle I needed for work this week! Thanks for great customer service!!

  I've rented from this location multiple times and it's always a great experience. Even if I'm walking into a crowded waiting room, the team here is always friendly and the service is prompt. Easy choice for me.

  Great team! Have rented several cars but their customer service is by far the best I have experienced from this enterprise location.
