  Everything was fine but my truck take 8.75 qt so I was charge for 3 extra qt . I understand they have to be paid for but 115 dollars is too much for me to pay. Next time I will just have to do it myself. The service was good no complaints but you price yourself out of what I can afford. Just thought I would let you know

  I have been using the East Ridge Valvoline location for several years now. They are always professional, informative and willing to answer any questions I may have. This visit was no exception. Upon learning that I had left my wallet at home, they were very courteous and allowed me to come back to settle the bill after the service was completed. I will continue to visit them for my truck service needs and am proud to recommend them!

  I have used Valvoline for my oil changes for many years and had generally trusted their service. In April, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was recommended a transmission fluid service. I agreed to the service, paid between $200-$300 (oil change and tranmission fluid exchange), and was told everything was completed properly and that my vehicle was good to go. When I returned in August for another oil change, I was informed that the transmission fill cap/cover had never been replaced after the April transmission service. I was told not to worry because driving without the cap would not cause any damage. The employee provided me with a stack of coupons and said they would order the replacement part and make things right. It has now been about two weeks, and I have not received any follow-up, update, or call regarding the replacement part. What concerns me most is that after doing my own research, I discovered that a missing transmission fill cap can potentially allow dirt, dust, and moisture to enter the transmission system, which may lead to damage over time. Learning that a component was left off after a service I paid hundreds of dollars for, and then being told it was not a concern, has significantly damaged my trust in this location. The lack of attention to detail, conflicting information, and failure to follow up on their promise to correct the issue has left me extremely disappointed. After many years as a customer, I will not be returning to Valvoline for future services.
