Friday Night, April 17, pulled into line at 6:57pm, didn't move for 45 minutes. Watched 2 cars farther up in line get pissed off and demand to be let out of the line. Unfortunately, where I was in line, it was not an option to be let out of the line. In 45 minutes, not one car went through the wash. I watched no less then 4 employees walk around doing absolutely nothing but fold towels and then disappear into the building never to be seen again. 1 girl be-bopped around and only talked to the first 2 cars in line. #1. If your machine is broken, tell the 25+ cars in line and make room for people to leave. #2 COMMUNICATE!!! I tried talking to a couple different employees who ignored me and walked away. This could have been easily resolved and kept 25 + cars/potential customers from getting pissed off. Tell everyone in line what is going on, make provisions for people who are not willing to wait to get out, pretty simple. Not rocket science here. I still do not know what the issue was, nor do I care. I will never be back to anything with the Take 5 Brand on it, I will tell everyone I know to stay away from anything branded Take 5. Complete incompetence, 100% lack of professionalism, communication, and just downright human decency. I would give negative stars if allowed.
