  Mike, Dr, Marcello, Shawn, and Frank were all super amazing and incredibly sweet. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and the maintenance needed on my car. I’ll be back for them.

  One side of the rollers were working so half my car got washed and had to clean other side by hand myself.

  It’s 10am and they don’t open the line to wash the cars. There is bad attention. I pay for more top and they only pass me for the cheapest. Please you need to pay more attention to this car wash we pay for this service it is not free

  I have had a multi-car membership with this car wash since a few months after opening. I used it for years with no issues. A little over a month ago I had some damage on my truck from their car wash. I submitted a claim and sent photos of the damage and included a date and time of the incident. It took a little over a month to get a final decision from management and they determined that their equipment was operating correctly and this could not have happened inside their car wash. I am 100% certain that it did. I asked for the video that they reviewed with no reply. Take 5’s Car Wash managements refusal to take responsibility for damage their equipment caused on my vehicle shows the character and lack of integrity of their business. I am cancelling my membership and will do business elsewhere.

  Terrible customer service.. I’ve been here since 9:52 and the gentleman didn’t come to let me through until 10:14… I’m supposed to have unlimited washes and the kiosk said I “used all the monthly washes”???? What kind of unlimited car wash advertises that and then limits you.. I honked, I got out to get the guy to come help, he said he would come, and proceeded to make me wait another 10 minutes.. I would think you could stop the car wash line atleast once before 20 minutes to let me into the line🙄. I’m so frustrated at the lack of car and instruction and fake “unlimited” washes..
