  I rented a car for our yearly sister's retreat and from pickup to drop off the process in Dyersburg Tennessee was amazing. The gentleman that was there had such a sense of urgency and I was shocked when he asked me if I needed him to show me how everything works because I had never had anyone to offer in the past. Will definitely use this location for all my rentals when in West Tennessee.

  My car was breaking down and they didn't even have any just to swop out with. I got an Uber, to pick me up. Dirtiest, bathroom ever been in.

  Update : Agent called me after her boss told her to contact me. I told her everything that I had written in the review. She remembered us getting the vehicle. She asked how they could remedy this situation, so I asked for a full refund. That was July 20th. She told me either her supervisor or her would contact me with a reply. Guess what NOTHING, NO CALL, NO EMAIL , NOTHING. Just one more example of the pitiful customer service from this branch and this company😡😡😡 Agent made me initial forms before looking over vehicle. Brought vehicle to front and never did a walk around to verify everything worked or if there was visible damage to car (which there we numerous places with damage). When I got to gas station, “oil change required” came on screen. Told we had to contact roadside assistance and they would come change oil. Called back next day to have them come out and was told they do not do that and could go to local Firestone to have oil changed. That is not my responsibility. Then called the local enterprise in Duluth, GA and after an 25 minute hold for someone to answer the phone, asked if I could swap vehicle and was very rudely told they did not have any vehicles and I could try the airport in Atlanta. I asked for phone number and was told they did not have one, then hung up on me. The vehicle began to shake at 70 mph, the safety feature buttons that were near gear shift did not work. The cruise control went out as I was driving. It was an overall terrible experience. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Will not be a returning customer and will advise anyone that asks me about it, to go with another rental company.

  It started out very rocky Thursday morning being sent from Union City to the Dyersburg location because the Union City location doesn't know what they are doing and would not answer their phone at all But Caleb at the Dyersburg location did everything in his power to get me a vehicle. Definitely recommend working him he is a bright spot.
