  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was really disappointed with how I was treated. One of the employees spoke to me in a way that came across as rude and disrespectful. I was trying to pull in the bay , and instead of being treated with basic kindness, I left feeling embarrassed. I understand everyone has bad days, but customer service matters. A little respect goes a long way. I hope management addresses this so other customers have a better experience than I did.

  They did not connect my battery properly. My car did not want to start a few days after.

  Service was great. The teammate that checked me in & out was great. 2 stars because 2 teammates were arguing in front of customers. One was telling the other to go home multiple times. The other employee refused to listen to the other one. The employee being told to go home was at least customer conscious and went into the waiting room. When he came back out the taller guy w dreads started in again. The employee that was in the waiting room quickly got away from the other by going down into the pit keeping his comments to himself. Bottom line, that discussion should been taken into a closed office and not flying off the handle in front of customers. Very unprofessional.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Brooke my windshield and refused to accept responsibility for it. Go to ANY location but this one but really just don't go to Valvoline!!!!!
