    The manager was supposed to call me back, but I was told he was too busy. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but the lack of communication was disappointing. I will not be doing business here again. Also, it seems they are willing to take card payments over the phone for larger companies, but not for individual customers, which felt inconsistent and frustrating.

    Very friendly with no hassle, i have always had a great experience with Enterprise rentals, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Enterprise rentals in Dickson Tennessee to anyone who are thinking about renting a car or SUV

    I gave you 2 extra stars for the no hassle and return trip to and from the Collision Center and the refund on money pulled that was not told to me, would be pulled... Nice staff helps. Maybe next time you explain things slower and better than to just throw stuff at folks or let them catch it on their own. The car was very nice. Hopefully I won't ever need to return. Thanks for the assist.

    They put a $300 hold on your card if it is a debit card which is ridiculous because nearly everybody uses debit cards and everybody knows that the charges come out immediately when the card is charged so why the hold dudes. I need my money
