- AAAshley5 days ago1.0I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location today. During a routine oil change, I casually commented, “Wow, prices keep going up.” In response, an employee made an inappropriate political remark involving profanity, followed by an extremely vulgar and sexually inappropriate comment about his personal life. I was honestly shocked. I was simply making a casual observation about pricing, not being confrontational or disrespectful in any way. I work in the automotive industry myself, and I understand the importance of professionalism and customer service. I cannot imagine speaking to a customer this way or considering this acceptable behavior in a professional workplace. Regardless of anyone’s personal opinions or beliefs, customers should be treated with basic courtesy and RESPECT What should have been a simple oil change turned into an incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I have also contacted management regarding this incident and hope it is taken seriously.

- JEjohn elliottSep 29, 20265.0Everyone was awesome! William got us in right at closing and took great care of us. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Our permanent oil people.
- JSJohn SchelmbauerSep 27, 20265.0Hunter and Lucas were both excellent! They recommended the necessary services, clearly explained everything, and provided upfront pricing. They even went the extra mile by having a needed part delivered from a local auto parts vendor while my vehicle was being serviced. Great communication and excellent service all around. I would absolutely recommend them!
