- LPlarry peakJun 25, 20261.0You can never speak to a human! The camera quit working and intoxalock charged me 50 dollars to ship THEIR camera to the garage . Took forever to get my money back. Then when it came time to take it out they made me keep it another 8 months because the system was down and it couldn't be calibrated and was 1 day late. This place is a rip off and I know why they have hundreds of lawsuits.
