- CMChoice MclainJun 5, 20261.0Rusty Wallace Ford — I drove 45 minutes after calling ahead and being quoted about $104 for a sensor, only to be told the only one available was over $220 when I arrived. The parts and service staff showed no interest in honoring the price I was just given over the phone and made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of someone who is 1,000 miles from home. When I politely asked to borrow a 1-inch socket to change the sensor myself, both the service manager and the parts guy were dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
