  Went all the way there 45 minutes to buy a part and they said the parts people decided to leave early and that even the GM can’t pull my part for me. Would not recommend. Weren’t very helpful when I told them the issue.

  No-Pressure Sales: A primary theme in today’s purchase was the lack of aggressive or high-pressure sales tactics. Our purchase could be described as a buying experience that was laid-back, smooth, and friendly. Commended Staff: Shout out to Matt, Dylan, April, and Robert.   We live 4 hours away and will drive to this dealership when we need to buy our next Ford. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The best service department we have ever experienced, Jeremy Cleveland the Service Manager is seriously amazing. My Lincoln Navigator’s tailgate broke on our drive through Dandridge, we stopped at Rusty Wallace to have them try to get it open. They immediately helped us fix the problem and unfortunately while trying to get it open they broke our rear headrest, rhey told us they would cover the repairs at our local dealership and they did. They were so easy to work with to fix the issue. If you are in the area this dealership is the absolute best!

  Such a great car buying experience! Ryan and Robert made the entire process incredibly simple and stress free from start to finish. Communication was great, everything was handled quickly and professionally, and they even delivered the car to me it truly couldn’t have been easier. I really appreciated how straightforward the entire process was. No unnecessary hassle, no back-and-forth, just excellent customer service and a smooth transaction. Ryan and Robert were both fantastic to work with, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Five stars all around!
