- BPBrett Patterson2 days ago5.0Called in Monday morning needing 3 tires for my rv, and didn’t have much time. After checking the inventory for my tire size and confirming the information with me, Angela Baker set up an appointment and had a tech lined up to swap out my tires. Got there and was greeted by several pleasant and professional employees including John Petitfils who handled the check in. Within a few minutes Joey was working on getting the tires swapped. He was very easy to work with and polite throughout our exchanges. Employees out back where we were with the trailer were complementing me on the trailer. When completed, Storm handled my paperwork and exhibited the same great customer care. One the way out another employee stopped me just to double check the back wheel as the angle was somewhat tilted. No issue there, but appreciated his attention to detail and taking time to ensure all was safe to continue. These individuals exhibited excellent customer service and made the process as seamless as possible. I really appreciate the customer service and care provided by all. Thank you very much, you all make a positive difference.

- JJJohnApr 18, 20261.0There apparently must have been a change in management. When I first moved to this town, I was blown away by the service and hospitality of Shadden. Last two times I have been there it’s been the EXACT opposite. Terrible to the point of negligent work and charging for services you don’t even need. I mentioned it to a long time resident who first turned me on to them and who always raved about the place. When I told him what happened my last two times: he told me the place is under new management and he has stopped using them because of their terrible service. Pls be extremely careful if you are using them.
