  Had a flat on my trailer. Went and bought a $300 tire for my trailer. When the guy was installing it he didn’t use a torque wrench and said they never torque trailer wheels. Then on the way home I had another flat on a different tires. Used my spare. Then 7 miles from home the new tire blew a hole in the valve stem. Stem was 7 years old just like the tire they replaced. They didn’t even change the valve stem when they put the new tire on. And the lugs were so over tightened that I could barely get them off by jumping on the wrench. I wouldn’t recommend this tire shop to anyone! stay clear, if this is the way they train their people to work on tires then it’s worth looking for a different tire shop. And they sold me a tire that’s already a year old.

  Very good service. They did the max flow service and an oil change. I was in and out in no time. Very friendly. The only downside, is the next day my washer fluid light came on.

  A couple months ago I came in for an oil change and tire rotation for the tires I bought from them a while back. After it was all said and done I left paying around $20. Today, I returned for another oil change with no tire rotation, brought my own oil and filter, and they charged $55! When I inquired about the drastic price difference I was met with excuses like "they were probably just trying to get you in the door for the first time" (even tho I had bought my last set of tires from there) and "that's how it is everywhere". Mind you, I only came back for another oil change because I was expecting a lower price like last time. I mentioned another place charging $45 where you stay in your car while they change the oil. When I went to pay my balance somehow when to $45 even. 🧐 When I got the car back the towel I have on my leather seat was wadded up and tossed in the passenger seat! Very unprofessional for such "professional" prices! Pay attention to who's working, cause they pick and choose who they're going to charge what fee to. I feel like this is a dishonest practice and definitely not a good way for repeat business...

  Had a broken valve stem and they fixed it quickly and no cost. Awesome people and business and will continue to work with them

  I am 100% done with this place. Absolute incompetence all the way around and quite possibly fraudulent as well. My tires were not rotated and they sure don't feel like they were balanced either. Plus, I was charged a fee to dispose of an old tire even though I brought a bare rim to have a tire mounted on.
