Sent a quote the same day and scheduled the move. Booked 3 men, but only had 2 that day, but again Brian & John were outstanding from beginning to end. There at 8 a.m. sharp ready to go. The move went smooth and everything was moved out of our old home and into our new home with no issues at all. A big thank you to preferred movers of crossville, Lori and her team.

- JKJ KMar 12, 20213.0Company owner argues on the phone with you, used this company 3 times. 1st time they were amazing, no fuss great crew. 2nd time was a disaster, driver complained to drop off place about me, then put the blame on the drop off. When in fact it was the driver saying bad things. This is where the owner argued. Had no choice on the 3rd time it was better, hard working crew did everything in there power to accommodate us. So like any business, they have there ups and downs. Will keep recommending them.
