- GRGerardo Reyes2 days ago1.0Absolutely unacceptable. Paid for reserved parking and they still left me hanging. I paid for reserved semi parking at this Pilot (#114 Crossville) about 4 hours before arriving specifically so I wouldn’t have this problem. When I got there the lot was completely packed — not a single open spot. I went inside, explained I had already paid for a reserved space and that I was short on driving time, and the only response I got was “we can give you a refund.” They made zero effort to walk out to the lot and clear out trucks that didn’t have a paid reservation or hang tag. At other Pilot locations they actually do this. Here they just shrugged and offered my money back like that was an acceptable solution. I only got a spot because someone happened to leave. That’s not service. That’s a complete failure of what reserved parking is supposed to be. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. This location clearly doesn’t take their own paid parking system seriously.

Everytime I have been here they have a new excuse for why the showers don't work this is absolutely unacceptable. They obviously don't care about customers or money. they just don't want to clean the showers. Absolutely lazy. I have also been calling every other day just to see if they're doing showers but like I said it's a new excuse everyday and you can book one online so they don't even take em down. There is nothing wrong with the showers they just don't want to clean them. Laziest employees I've ever seen in my life! the ABSOLUTE WORST PILOT IN THE U.S. DO NOT COME HERE

Also, pump #8 took an incredibly long time to fill the car! You guys need to step up your game! I spend 300–400 on gas every day! realistic assessment -1
