my family broke down on a roadtrip and was taken care of by tommy here, and he’s an excellent store manager. its rare to find someone who cares about people and ill forever be grateful for him taking care of my wife and kids away from home.

This is the most positive trip I have ever had at a parts store. My family and I were on a trip to see my husband who’s been deployed to a different state and started having car trouble, and Tommy got us back on the road with excellent customer service and in a timely manner, when I was afraid we were going to have to turn around and go back home. Whether you are local or out of town they treat you like family and I would stop here any time I needed parts.

Tommy @ Advance Auto on Genesis Rd was AWESOME! I went in to ask about clips for my front fender in the wheel well area and back fender same area and Tommy came out, looked and told me not to worry he could fix it and he did. Service here is always above and beyond. I have been over issues with mine and my daughters car and I was greeted with friendly, professional service each time and was either told how I could fix the issue or they would try to fix for me. This on 1 car saved me probably a couple hundred dollars and was an easy enough fix. I am very appreciative of Tommy and the other staff members and would highly recommend Advance Auto on Genesis Rd. A 10 out of 10 🙂. Thanks everyone!

I stopped in for wipers and the ones that I purchased didn't fit immediately. Tommy came right out and helped make it right. Great experience with this location and it is super convenient to the interstate.

The manager Allan was a life-saver for me! I was on a 2.5 hour drive home when my car started overheating. He quickly diagnosed the issue, squared things away, and got me on the road again with no further trouble! He truly went above and beyond, and you don't see that all the time these days. Lost in the shuffle and busy-ness of Buccees across the street is a great place and a great man like this! God bless these folks!
