The equipment was down when I arrived, and there was little communication about the issue or how long it would take to fix. It was frustrating to make the trip only to find that the wash wasn’t operating properly. Better maintenance and clearer communication with customers would go a long way. I hope they address these issues because this experience did not meet my expectations.

They had me stand around 10 min until 5 cars piled up behind me, because they needed to ask their manager. Another wash, still not clean. Absolutely terrible, don’t go there.

I’m trying to get a refund for the two months I didn’t use it but it’s not promising since the customer service is nowhere local. Nothing can be done in person. Takes forever to get Anyone on the phone and when you do, it seems they don’t know what’s going on
