  They changed the oil in my car and were going to rotate the tires, but they ended up not able to do the tires because they said the lift wasn’t working and that’s fine. They did still try to charge us for the rotation and would have if we hadn’t checked. Once we got home, my husband thankfully inspected the job and found that they did not latch the hood before we left. I’m driving the interstate on Monday and y’all know that likely wouldn’t have ended well. They also left three clips off of the air filter after they removed it to try to sell us another one. Three stars because we didn’t have to wait to get the oil changed and the guys were polite. I absolutely hate to give anything less than good reviews because we all have those days…but the hood thing is a pretty major safety issue.

  The staff was great but the shop had no air or cabin air filters. Also for the last year the lift to rotate the tires was not operational and needed repair. I will need to go elsewhere so all my vehicle needs can be met. Kc

  Excellent service! Derrick the assistant manager and the team at Valvoline was friendly, efficient, and professional. My oil change was completed quickly, and they explained everything clearly without any pressure. I’ll definitely be back.

  Had to change this review. After leaving the oil shop the next day my car was leaking oil all over my driveway. Someone at the shop busted an oil line while changing the oil and never informed me. Took my money of $142 for an oil change and then sent me on my way with a vehicle they broke.

  My experience was great, the employee was fast professional and knowledgeable about the services and patient with questions. Safety was extremely important for me as I’ve had bad experiences with other companies but Derrick the manager assured me that there wouldn’t be any issues with Valvoline. There was an ample number of staff members of staff on site and readily available to work. It was great to have received a first time offer in the mail for $15 off my first service and I used it to help with the total. I will be back to this location and best of all, I WAS IN & OUT- completed on my lunch break in 15 min. The staff Jay was helpful too by clearing off my dashboard of the notification and showing me the oil level which was a PLUS!
