  This location always has broke down equipment. They never tell you when you enter that something is wrong. The vacuum suctions are always either have low suction or parts coming off. The towels are always wet and not dry. Why would I want a wet towel to dry my windows. The lot has trash everywhere. I saw rats running around the trash can. I just used the service today at this location and the water sprayer was down and the brush that washes the side of your car wasn’t working. Why isn’t this stuff being checked weekly and fixed in a timely manner? The only plus is the staff seems nice other than that I may need to find another car wash. Fix it fast.
