  Fast and friendly people with a great clean environment. Rose was the best. She was very helpful and even asked how was my wash….One of my Top 5 Take 5 locations.

  My membership expires on me, and Rose was super patient and helpful with helping me renew it. Mind you, it was super hot out, and she had to walk back and forth to the office

  I am always glad when I see Martez the one on duty to wash my windows as I enter. He does an excellent job every time! This household notices and appreciates “the extra mile”. Thanks, Martez!

  Rise the attendant was very helpful, kind and courteous. Outstanding service when I pointed out a defective Vaccum was in need of repair.

  This location used to be great, but they've been closed with no signs or information the last week or so. I tried the location in W Memphis but their RFID reader wasn't working and they were turning people away. The brushes on the right side of the wash at the Union location haven't worked in months, and it never dries properly. The location on Lamar never cleans the back of my vehicle. Since they increased their prices by 25% a few months ago, the quality of service has fallen off a cliff. I've reached out a couple of times and I never hear from anyone. I'm tired of driving around Memphis trying to find a location that is open and that will clean my car. To top if off the subscription cancellation link on their website doesn't work. Hopefully this review will generate a response. I'd like to not have to do a chargeback to cancel.
