  We had an awesome experience at Roadshow BMW. Everything went so well and was very expedient without feeling rushed. Our salesman Corey was very informative and friendly. His professionalism was above par and he understood our situation (we’d just driven 8+ hrs to get the vehicle). The store very clean and the young receptionist that greeted us was very friendly and professional and accommodating to us. The absolute best car buying experience we’ve ever had! Thanks so much Roadshow!!!

  We recently purchased our first BMW, a BMW X3. Our salesperson, Marcus, was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions and assist me in setting up the car. He also showed me the exciting tech features that the car has to offer. There’s so much to explore! The buying experience was incredibly easy and quick. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer.   My husband and I had a great experience with Matt Andhal at Roadshow BMW looking at Mini Countryman models and choosing the one that best met our needs. Matt was professional in balancing us with other customers, answered all our questions, took our concerns quickly to his sales manager, and helped us complete all the myriad paperwork a car purchase requires. He was personable and quick to respond and knew a lot about the car and its technology. He helped us know better what to expect from it. We loved doing business with him and pick up our new Mini Countryman tomorrow!

  I had to deal with a parts issue. The parts counter guy was very helpful but for parts warranty he informed me you have to go through the service center. The service center was terrible. Maybe BMW cooperation is terrible but they would not honor a warrant on a battery that would not take a charge., They needed to charge me to test the vehicle. which would cost more than buying new battery. Went and got an after market battery for less than the BMW battery and problem solved. I would avoid this dealership maybe even all BMW dealership if that is truly their warranty process.

  I really had a great experience yesterday at the Roadshow BMW with Hunter. He was very nice, friendly and his smile was so friendly. Hunter did exactly what he said he was going to do. He chatted with my brother and they had a good time talking about racing and race cars. I am very pleased with my 2019 Honda CRV. I’ve already told some of my friends about the good find that I found at the Roadshow. So when they come out to visit please ask for Hunter Faulkner.
