  The absolute worst for vehicle service. They leverage being the only available BMW location in the city. I never experienced this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism when my vehicle was being serviced in Dallas. They are so focused on upselling they never diagnose the real issue, and when you ask about it they genuinely seem like they don’t know how to fix vehicles. I had someone call me about an issue and told me that’s why I brought it after I explained I didn’t, and I also put my reason in the original ticket request. The service person who actually has the vehicle then calls and states he can’t “properly diagnose the vehicle” until I pay for a $2k repair. How convenient when that same repair would cost $500 elsewhere. I’m so tired of going to this location and experiencing this level of service.

  We've been with Roadshow for.many years. Houston is top tier always! Very knowledgeable and professional. We worked with Noah Woods and he made our purchase so smooth. He was A1🤩 very friendly great attitude and professional as well. We went planning to look at a trade but he end up having the car I wanted. Thank you Noah ..Enos and I appreciate everything you did.
