  The 1 star is for the employees who are kind and always very helpful. The lack of stars stems from management and corporate. In December 2025, my car was damaged while inside of the wash tunnel. I filled out a claim form that evening. Over the next 2 weeks, I visited the location, emailed and called the corporate offices to receive an update on the claim. I spoke with several people who said that they would review videos and photos and get back to me. I had to get a quote from the body shop they preferred, but couldn’t do so until the end of January. I had to reschedule due to the ice storm and ended up taking it to 2 other body shops. I took the quote to Glide Southaven. By February, no one had contacted me. By the end of February they emailed me a form to fill out—the same one I filled out before, but this time asking for payment information. By March, no word despite almost weekly emails and phone calls to which no one responded or returned calls. In April, I spoke with the manager. At this point, I have already scheduled to pay for the damages myself and receive reimbursement. It’s May. I finally meet the site manager face-to-face. We review the emails to which he informs me that the claim was approved over a month ago. He explains that he believe corporate believes they’ve mailed the check to me. This is news to me. I told him I’d give them until Thursday of this week. Today is Friday. I spend an hour calling and texting each number I can for an update. I missed the managers called due to being in a meeting. I called back twice and was sent to voicemail. Meanwhile, I’m texting the corporate representative Robin C. They are claiming that I missed an appointment—an appointment that I knew nothing about. I asked for the contact information for corporate and was advised that she was corporate. I’ve had a membership since October 2025, but will definitely be cancelling simply because Glide has failed to communicate and pay for my vehicles damage. I tried to be patient because I know that things take time; however, 5 months is excessive. Going to this location has been so convenient, so I hate to leave, but the experience has been horrible.

  I bring my car through the car wash for the top tier car wash. The price is great and the work is exactly what is needed. I love the unlimited options and the multiple locations within 20 miles of my home. Great price! Great experience!

  Car washes I never in life heard you have to have a membership to vacuum your car if you dont do a car wash is insane. This place is NOT a 5 star. I rather go to Sparkling Image where I know my car will be professionally done. And Yes. I will pay what they ask for. Because it's professionally done. This car wash is insane to ask for membership.But the woman that approached me was a little and I can sense racism. awhole year and I never had this issue.
