  The service and finally an explanation about car washes and Sahara Jeeps or the like from Mr. Kerry (maybe a manager?), who received me at the non-members line, were exceptional! I own a Jeep and have been going to this company car washes in Cordova, Tn for years, and for years, I have brought up the fact that one side of the Jeep never gets washed, just sprinkled, at most, as well as the back. Thus my inability to become a member and occasional visits. He has been the first to explain that for these vehicles the touchless wash is used, and he explained why. Finally! I was sad to hear the reason and somewhat betrayed, but I so appreciate him and his professionalism. Just for that, as needed, I will continue using that particular location as I need. Thank you, Mr. Kerry (or Karry).

  Each location needs to be consistent. Price went up with no notice (monthly plan). Most recently, each location I’ve visited has at least 1 component of the wash cycle that does not work.

  Today I was at the one next to Tropical Smoothie. I haven't been a member long but this is the only location that has given me a air freshener. Other than the first time. I believe I have been to several different ones. But I like it

  Vacuums are very nice. The price is not bad. I left my car relatively clean. However, it does leave quite a bit scratches on the driver fender. Attached the photos of a fresh car wash. Not too happy about the scratches. This is why I like to try it out before buying a membership.
