  Matt and Johnathan were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and patiently explained all that was being done, and answered all my questions thoroughly. They were professional and thorough, and I will definitely be returning to this Express Oil Change location.

  Johnathan was great! He was very well spoken and professional when I went to get my oil changed. He offered me suggested services and replaced my air filter with one that I brought since they do not carry the model I need. I enjoyed his kind smile and polite attitude. Express oil change Cordova, he is a keeper!

  Pulled in 20 till closing- they swarmed around the car & got to it, no bs! Didn't give me shit when I said what oil I needed😏 (even though it wasn't the manufacturer's rec) **Shout outs** 1. guy that rang me up! friendly,helpful, & professional 2. guy tht told jokes & reset oil life on dash 😄 Would go again. Look online for coupons. *** Way better prices compared to other places I called👍🫰

  Johnathon was so very helpful today!! I really appreciate him checking everything on my car!! Especially the windshield wipers!!! They were falling apart. Thank you for your professional and humor made my day!!! Always Great Service and never disappointed!!

  I had a really great experience during my visit, and I would definitely give Johnathon a five-star rating. From the beginning of my visit, he was friendly, respectful, and made sure everything was taken care of. He provided great customer service and made the experience feel easy and comfortable. What stood out to me the most was how professional and helpful Johnathon was. He took the time to make sure I understood what was being done and answered any questions I had. He treated me with respect and made me feel like my vehicle and my concerns actually mattered. It is always nice to have someone who is patient, polite, and willing to help instead of making you feel rushed. Johnathon also did a great job of creating a positive experience. His attitude was welcoming, and he made the visit much better than it could have been. Good customer service can make a big difference, especially when you are trusting someone with your vehicle. I felt comfortable knowing that I was being helped by someone who cared about doing a good job. Overall, I really appreciate the service I received from Johnathon. He was professional, kind, helpful, and made sure I had a positive experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Johnathon absolutely deserves five stars for his excellent customer service and the effort he put into making my visit a good one.
