- THTericka HSep 18, 20261.0After arriving in Tennessee, I discovered that the rental vehicle I picked up in GA was infested with ants. This is completely unacceptable for any rental vehicle, particularly one that should have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being provided to a customer. I took the vehicle to this Enterprise location near my hotel expecting that another branch would assist me. Instead, I was met with multiple explanations as to why the branch could not help. What was especially troubling was that no one even offered to inspect the vehicle, assess the ant problem, clean the vehicle, or make any meaningful attempt to provide a solution. Why? Because of the LSU and Ole Miss football game that has them “busy.”

But when I bring the vehicle back that I rented. The inside visor mirror fell off. Now I have to do a claim on this‼️ I know the heat been unbearable. I feel like the incident should’ve been handled slept differently. My deductible have to pay for some glue to be put back on the vehicle mirror.. Crazy I hate we couldn’t handle that in a better way than to make me pay a 500 deductible. Probably gonna put that glue on there long enough for the next victim. Very unsatisfied..
