  Terrible. The gentleman working the counter was nice enough, but the trucks were absolute garbage...literally held together (and not well) by silicon caulking. I reserved a 12' truck...they didn't have one when I got there. They had a 16' truck with no gas cap on it and showing an engine code. Had to wait for someone to show up to check/clear the code on the truck. Entire process to get a truck that was not what I reserved took over an hour. The truck itself was beat up pretty badly. Dents everywhere, and the cabin was not properly sealed to the box. When driving through rain, water was sucked into the cab and soaked me, my father, and our stuff sitting on the seat. The trucks have no cruise control, no blue tooth, and are uncomfortable. Thankfully my move is complete - but I would caution anyone against renting from Budget trucks. I did it twice and regretted it both times.

  The person running the desk was very rude. She slammed doors in our faces and had an attitude with every question I asked.

  I booked a mini van in Budget through Costco for 11th of Oct about two months in advance. Got a call from budget an hour before pickup saying no vehicle was available. What is tbe point in Reservations if you over book and fail your customer. Poor and unreliable. I had to make other arrangements at last minute for my travel. Unreliable and unprofessional.
