  The service team was polite and quickly got my service done. I could not use the coupons I had but Jonathan found one to help me save money. He also told me about other services that I plan on using. Overall, it was a 5 star service!

  Everytime I go the staff is always friendly and they do a great job of keeping me informed of what their doing and what needs to be done or what I can wait on. I've never had any issues

  Great service. Professional and very friendly. Mr. Aris was exceptionally good at offering services and checking on everything. Mr. Dustin and Mr Brad were very friendly and professional. Ms. Megan asked me to do a satisfaction survey and was very excellent and friendly. Mr. Koda was fast and friendly while filling my fluids up. I unfortunately did not catch everyone's names, but these 5 really caught my eye and made my day special. It was professional but with a personal touch that made me feel like a person not just a sales ticket.

  My service team, Megan, Jonathan and Kota were super professional. Can’t say enough about this team and this location. I am a lifelong customer now. Also, super competitive pricing and excellent discounts. Not pushy on up selling at all. Just down to business and getting the job done that you want.

  Oil Changed & Differential Fluids Changed! Warning… Long Review! I went to Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Friday, April 17th 2026 to get my oil changed in my Infiniti QX80 4WD and I pulled in and was greeted by Aris. This employee was extremely nice and very welcoming and helpful. I stayed in my car while they were servicing my vehicle & went through all the checks. Aris changed my (in cabin) air filter without a problem & believe me, it is very hard to get to but he is the pro, he made it look easy! Aris also told me it was time to change my front & rear differential fluids & Aris completed that task with ease. (Aris had to go down under my vehicle & change the differential fluids bc the guy that was doing my oil change had not been trained on how to change those yet). So, while Aris was under the vehicle, Kota came over and took over Aris’s job helping me. Kota was extremely nice, very friendly and very helpful with everything, especially with information that I needed to know! I had 2 extremely friendly, very helpful & professional people helping me get all the things done to my vehicle that needed to be done, plus they were both very informative about everything they were doing! They even took the time to explain why I needed to have certain things done & how that system works in my vehicle. They both taught me a lot in this short trip. I was never pressured to have anything done and they also told me of 2 services that I needed to have done, the transfer case & transmission fluid but bc my vehicle is an Infiniti QX80 4WD, they did not do these services for my vehicle and I would have to go to the dealer to have these done. (I dread paying a dealership for those services)! I very much appreciated knowing this! I feel good about what I had done & I also feel confident in their work! They also helped me find coupons that help cover the expense of the oil change & the expense of having the differential fluids changed. They saved me around $70 & that made me very happy & grateful for their help! These 2 employees, Aris & Kota will never know how much I appreciate them unless they read this review or by luck, I get them again when I go back with the next vehicle & I can tell them again, how much I appreciate their help & kindness. My husband & I have been going to the Valvoline in Jefferson in Cookeville, TN for many years & this is where we always get all 3 of our vehicles serviced. We have always had a great experience with all their employees! This is a shout out to Valvoline on a job exceedingly well done! I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you so much Aris & Kota!
