Went thru construction zone this morning going to work and got a roofing screw in my back tire. After we called the construction people there and the city they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do. So then I called tire discounters and Chase told me to bring it up and it would be free to patch it. They was pretty quick and very respectful men. I’ll be doing more business there

Called yesterday to get an appointment for my tires to be rotated. I was told 8:30. I arrived at 8:25. By 9:30 my car was not in the bay. I went to the desk and was told there were two 8:00 appointments ahead of me. I asked for my keys. Free tire rotation after buying a set of four Michelins sounds good. Unfortunately poor execution made the experience less than pleasant

would give half a star if Google allowed it. Got roped into a "deal" for four new tires with an alignment and an oil change. Got my tires, though they tried to keep the 5th one I had purchased days before due to an irreparable flat, even though I asked them to put it into my vehicle. They did not perform an alignment, because they ran out of time on their promised deadline, not because of a ball joint that is bad, as they told me, the ball joint is also brand new. The oil change was not completed either, but I was given a certificate to come back and have it done. I won't be doing that either. They wanted to upcharge me in excess of 500 dollars to fix the "bad" ball joint, and would have left me without a way to pick my son up on a strict time management schedule, so I declined the extra charge and extra 4 hours it would have taken. I toook the car to another shop, and my ball joint is fine, it was not seated all the way into the collar was the issue, and now is no longer an issue...at no cost to me but a gratuity payment I offered of $20. But Freeman wanted to charge me more than $500 to replace JUST THE BALL JOINT, even though it's mounted to the lower control arm. I will not go back and I will bad mouth them to anyone who asks for recommendations. THESE JOKERS ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!

Super friendly staff but we went in for a tire repair and left with a severely scratched rim on my husband’s Chevy truck. We JUST had these rims replaced less than a month ago…. They didn’t tell us. We realized it the next morning once we woke up to leave the house. Had they honestly admitted to making a mistake, maybe I’d be more forgiving. And it’s really obvious, definitely not something that was accidentally missed. By the way a tire patch is like $60 unless you have a road hazard package which is insane. If you like your rims, don’t go here.

Our experience here was extremely frustrating. We brought our car in for two new tires, and while they were working on it, we were told the brake pads needed to be replaced. That wasn't a problem, but what was a problem was the 3–4 hour wait with absolutely no communication about how long the service would take. After leaving, we noticed our low tire pressure light would not turn off. Two of the tires were also left at only 27 PSI after they rotated the tires. At this point, I don't trust them enough to bring the car back, so I'll be having my regular mechanic look at it to determine what was done incorrectly. The billing experience was just as disappointing. We were charged for a warranty that we never agreed to, as well as a tire disposal fee that we would have avoided if we had been given the choice to keep the old tires. We were also told we were receiving a free fuel additive, which we never expressed interest in. They gave us two and then charged us for one. Most frustrating of all, we were not given an opportunity to review an itemized bill before paying. When we questioned the unexpected charges afterward, we were told there was nothing they could do because we had already paid. Between the lack of communication, the questionable work on the tires, and the unexpected charges, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.
