  Super impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service at this facility. Chase and Cody managed to work me in right before they closed and FAR exceeded my expectations -- totally knocked it outta tha park! If you need great dependable service from folks who aren't just trying to rope you into a new set of tires be sure to come see these guys! Good job boys... 🫡

  I had been stressed for two days trying to get a locked lug nut off my car. The keys from AutoZone didn't fit, and even my dealership couldn't find a matching key. Frustrated and running out of options, I stopped by Tire Discounters to see if they could help. Chase, the General Manager, was absolutely amazing. Even though it was close to closing time, he was more than willing to help. He took the time to try several different keys and eventually found the exact match for my lug nuts. Not only did he remove both locked lug nuts, but he also replaced them with new ones so I wouldn't have to deal with the problem again. The level of customer service I received was outstanding. Chase was professional, patient, and genuinely wanted to help. Thanks to him, what had been a stressful situation was resolved quickly and easily. When it's time for me to replace my tires, Tire Discounters will definitely have my business. Their prices are reasonable, and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Tire Discounters and want to give a special thank you to Chase for going above and beyond! 🚗👏⭐️

  I dropped my car off because my A/C wasn’t working. I already knew it wasn’t a Freon issue because I had already tried that. I brought it to you to FIX the problem, not to guess at it. Then I get a call saying my car is ready. I show up, and you refuse to give me my own car back unless I pay almost $300. After taking my money, you then tell me I STILL need another part for my A/C. So let me get this straight—I brought my car in with no A/C, paid almost $300, and left with… still no A/C. How is that considered a repair? If the problem wasn’t fixed, why am I paying hundreds of dollars? I paid for a solution, not for you to tell me what else is broken. Now I’m out $300, my A/C still doesn’t work, and I’m stuck driving around in the heat exactly like I was before I brought it in. What a complete waste of time and money. This experience felt more like taking someone’s money than actually fixing their vehicle.

  I had lost the key to my wheel locks, and tried EVERYWHERE in town and online and could not find one to match. I stopped in to see if they could help, and the Service Manager Stephen got me right in on a Saturday afternoon. He had them off in 10 minutes, at NO charge! Customer service like this is a rare thing these days, and it's GREATLY appreciated! Thanks Stephen!

  I was in the area for work and needed 4 new tires. I scheduled appointment online and gave Chase Jewel a call at the store as well. He was exceptional to work with. Confirmed he had the tires and said he would get me out asap since I was working. I arrived early and he and his staff was able to get me in earlier than my appointment and finished the work earlier than promised. I am a previous Firestone GM and i can say i was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that the whole staff gave to me and the other customers there during my appointment. Great location and incredible staff.
