  I recently had both my windshield and sunroof repaired, and it turned into one of those situations where just about everything that could go wrong did. The camera on the front windshield was accidentally broken, and the wrong windshield was initially installed. Through all of it, Matt and his team were incredibly diligent about making things right. Matt personally met me at my office, looked everything over, and agreed there had been a mix-up. While they were in the process of installing the correct windshield, my alternator unexpectedly went out—something completely unrelated and outside of anyone’s control. He contacted me immediately and even offered to drop my vehicle off at the repair shop for me. Once the alternator was repaired, Matt went back to the shop, picked up my vehicle, and took it back to finish the windshield calibration. Things don’t always go perfectly, and sometimes unexpected issues come up that are outside of everyone’s control. What really matters is how a company handles those situations, and Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and to make the entire process as easy on me as possible. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and customer service he provided. I’m very grateful for everything he did to make it right and would absolutely recommend Matt and his team.

  It was a wonderful experience with Safelite. They made it so easy to book on line and they file your insurance. The whole process was an over all great experience. The technician that installed the windshield was on time and he did an awesome job on the installation and calibration. He was very efficient.
