  Beyond surprising quality, professionalism, and honor at Ford of Cookeville with Paris and the manager David. I’ve never actually left a review for a dealership, but I also had no intention of being at a dealership when I was. Bad things happened, I brought my truck in and explained my situation to Paris and David. They both honored everything I asked for whether it papers or the eventual vehicle I purchased. They spoke on a level basis, was not abrasive or arrogant, and genuinely made the process feel as simplistic as possible. Very much appreciated and respected. Will 1000% recommend Paris, David, and Ford of Cookeville to anyone and everyone!

  Casey at Ford of Cookville went above and beyond in taking care of my vehicle. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, attentive and genuinely helpful. His deep knowledge of the work showed in every detail. He clearly knows his craft inside and out and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was his communication. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with confidence and solid information and kept me informed throughout. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such approachable, reliable service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Casey to anyone needing work done at Ford of Cookville.

  I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Ford Lincoln of Cookeville. From start to finish, the process was easy and stress-free. I was able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with, and there were no surprises when it came time to finalize everything. A special thank you to my salesman, Elijah Moss, for being helpful, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He answered my questions, worked with me on the price, and made the whole experience much easier than buying a vehicle usually is. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Ford Lincoln of Cookeville and Elijah Moss to anyone looking for a vehicle. I’d happily do business with them again!

  I am writing regarding my Ford F-350, which I purchased approximately three years ago. At the time of purchase, I was promised complimentary car washes for as long as I owned the vehicle. I appreciated that benefit and considered it part of the overall value of purchasing my truck from Ford of Cookeville. Unfortunately, I have been extremely disappointed with my experience trying to use this service. Almost every time I have attempted to use the car wash, it has been broken or unavailable. At this point, the benefit I was promised has been nearly impossible for me to use. I understand that equipment can occasionally break down, but this has become a recurring problem over the three years I have owned my vehicle. The benefit does not provide much value if the car wash is consistently out of service. I would appreciate it if you would look into this situation and let me know what Ford of Cookeville intends to do to make this right. I would also like assurance that the complimentary car washes I was promised when I purchased my F-350 will actually be available for me to use going forward. I have been a Ford customer and chose to purchase my truck from your dealership based in part on the service and benefits that were promised to me. I hope Ford of Cookeville will take this concern seriously and find a reasonable solution.

  **Edited Review** Adam Miller was incredibly helpful. Great communication (we drove from two hours away to see a vehicle) and was exceptionally knowledgeable. He worked with us to get the vehicle we needed in our price point. Highly recommend Adam— would rate him 5⭐️ As for the rest of our experience, I am disappointed to say the least. If you do choose to do business with this dealership, I HIGHLY recommend bringing in your own financing and refusing to go through their finance office. Even if you tell them you have been approved by your bank and tell them the interest rate %, they will offer to get you a better deal and you’ll end up with a higher interest rate and no knowledge of what it is until most of the paperwork is signed. I recommend saying no to any additional packages they offer, even if they say you can get a discount. They’ll boast that you can cancel any time, but won’t tell you that the payments will still stay at the elevated rate even when the bank supplying the loan says they could revise the paperwork and honor the original payment amount you were told. No one ever seems to be available when you call and request them by name, and they don’t seem to have much care to call you back in a timely manner. Purchased this vehicle almost two weeks ago and I’m still trying to get information concerning my loan, see if I can get my paperwork revised like the bank they set me up with recommended, and have had nothing but stress and a headache from this interaction. For the record, this is the fourth vehicle I’ve financed in my lifetime and I have NEVER had any of these issues with the other dealerships I’ve bought from. I initially said I would highly recommend this dealership, but in the last 13 days have changed my mind completely. I would still highly recommend Adam as a sales representative- he was phenomenal.
