    My husband and I recently worked with Andrew Jayne at Ford of Cookeville, and we could not be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, Andrew was incredibly personable, informative, and completely zero-pressure. Car shopping can often feel overwhelming, but his relaxed and friendly demeanor made the entire process easy and highly enjoyable. He genuinely went out of his way to take care of us. Because of Andrew's excellent customer service and outstanding personality, he has made us want to absolutely return to Ford of Cookeville for any of our future vehicle needs! Highly recommend asking for him if you visit.

    I had the best experience at Ford of Cookeville! I worked with the best salesman, Adam Miller, through the entire process. He knows his stuff and he knows how to make the deal happen for you. Adam was very reasonable and great to work with. He allowed me to test drive the car and check the car out without ever making me feel uncomfortable or rushed the entire time. Thank you so much Adam and Ford of Cookeville! Will be back when I need another car 10 stars if I could give it!

    I recently purchased a 2026 Dodge Ram 3500 from Ford Lincoln of Cookeville. After owning the truck for only about a month, it developed an issue that even Dodge was unable to diagnose or repair. Because of the ongoing problems with a new vehicle, I attempted to return the truck and reverse the deal by getting back the vehicle I had traded in. Unfortunately, there was very little understanding or flexibility from a business standpoint. Instead of simply reversing the transaction and standing behind the customer experience, I was required to pay another large fee just to return a NEW truck and “repurchase” my own trade-in vehicle. I understand dealerships have policies and financial considerations, but when a customer is dealing with a serious issue on a new truck that even the manufacturer cannot resolve in a reasonable amount of time, I believe the right thing would have been to work toward a fair solution rather than adding more financial burden to the customer. The staff was polite throughout the process, and Brent was fantastic to work with, but overall I left disappointed with how management dealt with my situation and the lack of customer first resolution and now I am out $12,750 to basically own the same vehicle I came there to trade out.

    Deeply Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience It’s shocking that in 2026—an era defined by consumer protections, compliance standards, and business accountability—the long‑standing stigma surrounding car dealerships still exists. I purchased a vehicle I genuinely loved, trusting that I was dealing with professionals. Instead, I feel I was taken advantage of. I was sold a classic car at what appears to be nearly double its actual value, along with assurances that it had passed inspection. That inspection proved to be completely unreliable. Less than two weeks after purchase, the car is no longer drivable—and I haven’t even made the first payment. This situation has caused significant stress, not only for me but for my family as well. The fact that this could happen so quickly after the sale raises serious concerns about the integrity of the vehicle assessment and sales process. Based on my experience, I give zero stars for both sales and service. This was an expensive and painful lesson learned, and one I would strongly caution other buyers to take seriously. I cannot speak for Ford of Cookeville overall—only for my personal experience.

    David Walker is truly a professional salesman and an asset to Ford Motor Company. I was very reluctant to purchase a new vehicle for my wife as I disagree with most modern technology. These vehicles are basically computers on wheels ; David never made me feel stupid, and I am very ignorant with new computer programing. David gave credit to the dealership. Saying Ford gave in-services on these new vehicle and how to use them. Perfect answer the buyer doesn't feel stupid and credits Ford ! I asked him to disable any modern feature that he could, as I am basically Amish. He did, I called that poor man several time on the way home in pure frustration due to this modern technology. What a good guy ! "Auto shut off" give me a break Ford ! I called him so many times my wife even told me to leave the man alone. Not only did Dave answer all my questions but he gave me his personal cell number. After that call I told my wife he doesn't know it yet but he just sold me a truck. I waited for the last day of the month so it would help his April sales quota. When I called him I informed him I'm coming in to purchase the vehicle we talked about. He informed me the white truck was sold. I told my wife I am going to purchase her the blue Ranger Dave has, as the white one is sold. She said "do as you see fit". Dave Walker was above and beyond the call of duty. A second praise goes to Kevin in the financial/closing guy at the end. Kevin was ethical and I have owned two real estate companies in my life ; I know the financial game better than most. I was tired ,hungry and exhausted from working the prior nightshift. Ripe for the picking , but trust me I have a keen instinct for being played and would have walk if I felt I was being played. My wife always backs me up. Nothing but honesty, Kevin is a solid player ! My Father worked for Ford his whole life and worked his way up the chain. He is very loyal to Ford. I now share his commitment after working with Dave. This man should be considered for a promotion and I don't give compliments very often. David Walker is exemplarily in service, approach, knowledge and patience with a simple old school man. Yeah I told Noreen of his quality and you at Corporate I am informing you this guy is a solid investment. I have been a medical professional for 40 years now and I can read people like a book. We have a world of liabilities when you find an asset invest heavy. David Walker is an asset.
