- EYEmily York3 days ago1.0I purchased a used unit from this location signed paper work before they got the vehicle there with the promise from the dealership that if anything was wrong with the vehicle it would be fixed during the used car inspection. While taking delivery of the vehicle I addressed that fact that the sunroof would not open and I was told it would be taken care of. Now the sunroof is leaking and has been for a while. After getting the issue diagnosed and taking my findings to the dealership they refuse to fix the problem even though I was assured it would be taken care of. Do not recommend at all. They are not true to the word or promise they give.

We were in/out of finance within 15 min...it was the wait to get in. I've bought 2 cars and one (second) home in the past 2 years...all these transactions combined took lees time than buying one Ford 350 truck. My wife wants to buy the same truck but we will have to find another dealer.
