  I would highly recommend making the drive from Nashville to visit Dave at Ford of Cookeville. He will literally save you thousands of dollars over buying from local dealers and beat anyone’s trade in offer! I typically buy used vehicles so that I don’t have to absorb the devaluation of buying a new vehicle but I was able to purchase a new truck at used truck prices compared to buying in Nashville. His follow up is on point. You will not be disappointed with the time spent to make the drive. If you happen to be local, well consider yourself lucky. Loving our new 2026 F150 Raptor!

  Past experience has been ok. This time not great. I got 3 years free maintenance when i bout behicle so i cant complain a whole lot BUT they Tried to charge me $115 for a cabin air filter. Thats a $10 dollar part and about 5 mins of labor on my truck. I refused. Took 2 1/2 hours to change my oil. There was 1 person ahead of me and one behind me. The person behind me got there an hour after me and left before me. They closed out my ticket on the app to make it look better i beleive because i got a notification that my truck was ready so i went to the desk and still waited another 30 mins.

  I’m going to be completely honest… I went into this expecting the usual car salesman experience. You know the one. Smile too much, talk too much, magically become deaf when you ask about the price, and somehow your $20,000 car becomes a $38,000 “great opportunity.” 😂 Then there was Adam. Adam miller was actually a damn pleasure to deal with. He didn’t act like a stereotypical salesman, didn’t pressure us, didn’t play stupid games, and—most importantly—he actually listened. Which, apparently, is a rare and highly valuable skill in the car business. 😂 We asked questions. A LOT of questions. We changed our minds. We probably asked the same question three different ways just to make sure we weren’t getting screwed. 😂 And Adam never got irritated, never got pushy, and never gave us that “I need to make this sale before these people figure out what’s happening” look. He was straight with us, easy to talk to, and actually made the whole process enjoyable. So yeah, Adam gets 5 stars from me. Not because he’s a salesman. Because somehow, after spending hours buying a car, I still didn’t want to throw anybody through a window. 😂 That, my friends, is customer service. If you’re looking for somebody who will treat you like a human being instead of a walking commission check, go see Adam Miller. . Just don’t ask him 900 questions like we did. Actually… do. He can handle it. 😂
