  Took my truck in to have all 4 tires swapped for different ones and one of the workers walks around and does nothing and keeps getting in his vehicle to move is.It took them over 2 hours to swap them.The lady that was here before me got new rotors and it took them longer to put 4 new rotors on. Would not recommend

  My daughter is local and uses this shop for routine maintenance. They are great. I was in town and had a couple of suspension parts come loose. They were very helpful getting everything torqued back down and me back on the road. Excellent and friendly service.

  Very disappointing experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers today. I always bring my own oil and oil filter and have serviced my car here many times without issues. This time, the employee did not ask about the oil type and installed a different filter without confirming with me, even though another employee mentioned that I always bring my own oil and filter. When I explained that I paid for my own filter and expected it to be used, his attitude became unprofessional and rude. He spilled oil on the engine, did not clean it, and closed the hood aggressively. There was no care, no inspection, and no respect. I pay for a service, not poor attitude and careless work. This experience does not reflect the standards I previously experienced at this location.

  I would put zero stars if I could, they didn’t treat me with any sort of kindness or respect. It was my first time bringing my car in because I’m a new driver. He yelled at me because I didn’t know what he meant when he asked me a question. He’s very rude and disrespectful I will not be coming here again. All I got was an oil change I paid 57 dollars to be disrespected for 15 minutes

  I broke the rear rocker arm backing off a curb. Mike, the tech repair guy took time to find parts and finished my job in 2 days. Most people probably don't think of this place as a complete auto repair place but I'm very pleased with the service I got during the holidays. Kudos to Mike the repair tech!
