  AutoZone has been my go-to auto parts place for many years. I'm very pleased with this service and in stock items. Very rarely do they not have the item I need in stock but they normally order it from their hub which gets delivered by 9:00 a.m. the next day.

  This particular experience in the AutoZone at at Allgood, Tennessee. Horrible when I entered the store the manager was overwhelmed due to the fact that he was the only person in the store at the time and I kept a cool head and I told him to take his time that I had the patience of JOB. I EVEN ALLOWED OTHER PEOPLE TO GO IN FRONT OF ME SO THAT I WOULDN'T PRESSURE HIM TO DO WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO BECAUSE I HAD TO RETURN TO MAKE HE THEN QUESTIONED THE FACT THAT ONE OF THE ITEMS I WAS RETURNING HAD GREASE ON A LITTLE BIT OF GREASE ON IT AND SAID IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN USED BUT IT HAD NOT BEEN USED. I TOLD HIM THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN USED BUT HE REFUSED TO BELIEVE ME. BUT OTHER PEOPLE HAD BROUGHT THINGS IN THAT HAD A LITTLE BIT OF DIRT OR DARKNESS ON IT AND HE DID NOT QUESTION HIM HE THEN STARTED TO RAISE HIS VOICE AT ME LOUD IN THE STORE WHEN HE DIDN'T DO IT TO ANYONE ELSE HIS NAME IS SCOTT THE MANAGER OF THE STORE HE WAS VERY RUDE AND TRIED TO AND SO MY INTELLIGENCE BY THEN USING LARGE WORDS WHICH I KNEW HE DIDN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND HIMSELF AND TRY TO BE LITTLE MAN I TOLD HIM I WILL REPORT HIM TO CORPORATE HE SAID HE DIDN'T CARE THAT I WAS TRYING TO EXACERBATE THE SITUATION I STARTED TO LAUGH AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO GIVE ME MY REFUND BACK I TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD REPORT HIM BUT HE DIDN'T CARE. AND HE RAISED HIS VOICE IN ME IN THE STORE I TOLD HIM TO WATCH HIS TONE THAT I'M AN ADULT AND OLDER THAN HE IS AND HE WILL NOT TALK DOWN TO ME BECAUSE HE FEEL THAT HE COULD THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN AN AUTOZONE AND ALL MY LIFE AFTER THIS POST I WILL DEFINITELY CALL CORPORATE AND LET THEM KNOW HE WAS VERY RUDE TRYING TO BE LITTLE PEOPLE AND LOUD.. HIS BEHAVIOR WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE IF HE'S UNABLE TO HANDLE THE PRESSURE OF THE STORE THEN HE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE MANAGER THERE ARE SOME YOUNGER GUYS THERE THAT WILL BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE PRESSURE BETTER THAN HE COULD. AND HIS NAME IS SCOTT HE'S THE MANAGER OF THE STORE HE ALSO TALKED BAD TO HIS EMPLOYEES BUT THAT HE REALIZED IT OR NOT BUT I WAS A WITNESS TO IT ALL.

  "Never" anyone whom voluntarily assists upon entering the store, almost seems like customers are an inconvenience to them.

  Went in to get key fob battery for my Mom cause she was locked out and needed help. Sean was very helpful. If you need anything automotive, go there.
