  The crew was very thorough. Communication was handled very well. Everyone was courteous which was above and beyond since the temperature and humidity were both so high!

  I have been a Valvoline customer for years in various states. This location has one of the most friendly, kind and honest staff I have seen. They advised on services which I decided to move forward with, explained what each of them were, and then when I opted into one of them that I didn’t need, the floor manager took the time to come out and explain why I didn’t need it. The services were super quick and they were all working together and helping each other out! I am terrible with names, but I believe the managers name was Ashley, and one of the techs was Logan. I will certainly be back for future service at this location!

  I come here to get my oil changed every so many months and miss Ashley is always so helpful and happy to be at my service. I love Their hospitality! And I think the whole team is great and they work wonderfully together. Definitely recommend coming to get any oil changes or other services needed for your car by this great group of workers!!!

  I had an excellent experience at this shop. From the moment I pulled up to the moment I pulled away. The staff was excellent, communicated with kindness and were attentive and courteous turning a pretty mundane errand into a nice part of my day. Thanks, y’all!

  One of the techs broke a oil filling tube that attached to the valve cover of my 2021 VW Tiguan 2.0T. One of the supposed more experienced lady techs handed me the piece and says "the tech found it when they where changing my oil,and she doesn't know where it goes. It couldve been left by someone working on my car last." Me knowing she is full of it went and parked and looked up the part # because it was still dripping oil. Simply because they didn't find it they broke it off and couldn't get it back on!!! I found where it went reinstalled where it went and went back to the place to show them. The lady meets me in the parking lot and says" she knew it went there, but couldn't get it to go back on and then proceeded to push the top end and stripped the part off the threads that I had just tighten and secured!!! Then tells me it's not safe and leaves it off."And then puts the cap directly on the timing chain cover again!!! Like what kinda place breaks parts off brand new vehicles and then says they have no I dea where it goes and proceeds to lie about the entire situation !!!! Will never be back here!!! My first and last time!!! I will be spreading this massive misfortune and disappointment to everyone and social media!!!!!
