Ashley, Leighton, Brodie, and Logan were amazing. They’re such genuine and extremely nice people. They gave me a lot of tips and advice regarding my car that I had no idea about. I will always go to them from now on. Great job!

The team on your staff at the Columbia, TN store is awesome. I was greeted quickly by Ashley. She started by scanning my VIN & pulling up my information. She began my vehicle inspection immediately. She is polite & proficient! When it was my turn I was guided into the bay & the techs took over. I was offered tire rotation & a couple fuel system-cleaning options. My service was done fast & I was sent on my way!

These guys are purely fantastic. Sam, Logan, Ashley, brodie, and Morgan I believe were all the names. Treated my car with great respect. Wiped there fingerprints off at the end, and over all it was a fast and struggle free experience. Thanks to everyone at Valvoline.

I went here today to get a mich needed oil change for my car. When I arrived there were already 3 cars in the bays and 2 cars waiting in lanes 1 and 2. I sat back for a minute but felt I was in the way of anyone else coming in so since lane 3 had no one waiting I pulled into that spot. Immediately, one of the technicians waved her arm from the bay area signaling me to get out/or back out so I did. I just went back to where I was and patiently waited for someone to come and direct me where I needed to go. I watched 2 cars come in from the other side and go into lane 3. Both cars that were waiting when I arrived were in the bays. Not one person came and spoke to me while I was sitting there. I was afraid to move to a spot in fear of being waved out of that spot as well. I waited for about a half hour before I just decided to leave. I had 2 toddlers in the back seat who were losing their patience and so was I. I understand that they were busy but someone could have at least acknowledged that I was sitting there and just took a quick second to come and direct me where to go.
