I took my vehicle to Usiltons Auto Care because it was running poorly and was concerned about a possible engine issue. I was told I needed a new cylinder head and was quoted approximately $2,900 for the repair. Wanting a second opinion, I took the vehicle elsewhere and was informed that it only needed a tune-up. After the tune-up, the vehicle ran properly and the expensive repair was not necessary. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing major repairs. I was disappointed by the diagnosis and the large repair estimate I received.

Fair prices and friendly staff. They keep you appraised as to the issue found and offer suggestions. Very convenient being nearby and easy to get in.

The ONLY place I trust to service my BMW. David and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike my local BMW dealer, they don't try to upsell you on service items you don't need. And their prices are well below what a dealer charges. Overall, you can't go wrong with Usilton!

Jacqueline was so friendly at the front desk when scheduling my oil change. Service was great and they explained future recommended services and answered all my questions. Great service.

I called today hoping to schedule a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) for a Porsche Cayenne GTS, as my husband and I are purchasing from out of state and a thorough inspection is extremely important to us.
When I spoke with the receptionist, I asked what their inspection included. The answers provided were very general—“check for leaks” and “walk around the vehicle”—which didn’t give much confidence in the depth of the inspection.
We specifically asked about checking for bore scoring, which is a known concern on these vehicles. The receptionist seemed unfamiliar with this and responded by asking what exactly we were worried about. I explained that we simply want to avoid purchasing a vehicle with hidden engine issues and that we understand specialized inspections may come at an additional cost.
I then requested to speak with a mechanic directly, as I believed it would be easier to communicate our needs. Instead, I was told to call back on Thursday to speak with the owner, which didn’t align with our timeline since we were trying to schedule for the next day.
Unfortunately, the tone of the conversation became increasingly dismissive, and it left us feeling like our concerns weren’t being taken seriously.
As a result, we decided to move forward with another shop. A more knowledgeable and accommodating first point of contact would make a big difference, especially for customers making high-value, long-distance purchases.
