    I purchased my take five car wash membership in my hometown of Nashville. I was told that I could use it At any take five car wash. I work about 45 minutes outside of Nashville where they have a take five and I drive through there without an issue as well. This location on Nashville Highway In Columbia Tennessee,is on my way home from my mother‘s house and I tend to go over there to drive-through on my way home from my moms. I have never had an issue at this location until today. I drive a 2024 Jeep gladiator sport S non-modified not lifted, factory stock. I pulled up to the sticker reader and it does not read there because my membership was not purchased at that location. Anytime before and I have been through many times I have not had an issue, the service tech would come out, run my information and I would go through without a problem. Today, I was met with a lady on site who told me that she was going to send me away and go to another location. When I ask her why she said that my vehicle was too big for the car wash. I tried to explain to her that I have been through that one many times and not had an issue at all and ask her what part of my truck was too big and she said the front. I look in my mirror and there is a full-size Dodge ram truck and I ask her if I leave would they be turned away as well and she said no they would not because their truck is not too big. I pointed out that my truck was a midsize and small smaller than that and she stated that she was not going to risk her job that it was a role that came down from corporate. When I ask her for the logic behind it, she stated that she was not gonna argue with me anymore, and she said that she was going to send me on through. At that time she got my sticker information and my personal information to put into her system manually and I went through the car wash without an issue. I don’t know why she decided to give me a hard time, but I do feel like that I was lied to and I do not appreciate that at all. I do not lie to others when it comes to business and I do not expect it in return. I did ask her to speak to the manager and she told me that she was a manager on site and I politely told her that is fine that I will take this in a different direction. She finally did let me go through after about five minutes of deliberation without any issues In the car wash at all. so if you drive a vehicle that is in between a car and a full-size truck, you may not be able to use this location for what I was told. She attempted to refuse a service that I was paying for. She was going to allow me to go through until she realized that my sticker was not purchased at this location and then told me that my truck was too big. Like I said, it is factory stock, not modified, and smaller than the Dodge ram truck that was behind me. This is not customer service, it is a prime example of where customer service lacks. Because of the lack of customer service that I received, I gave a two star out of five. The only reason that it was not one out of five is because the car wash itself does a good job When you’re allowed to drive through it. I haven’t notified by the car wash that they are stating that my Jeep gladiator is too big so if anybody has a large car or anything, comparable, you might want to be cautious about using this location. Like I said it before, I was told that a full size Dodge ram truck was OK to use this location, and my smaller Jeep gladiator was too big. My truck is in the enclosed pics and please also notice the full size trucks in the pics posted by others.

    Pro 5 is clean, great service, and the wash is always quality. I recommend for most locals. Since moving here from out of town this has been my number one spot.

    I had a great experience at Take 5 Car wash! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they took the time to make sure my car was thoroughly pre-sprayed before i went through the wash, and they gave clear directions to help me line up and enter correctly. the whole process was quick, easy, and professional. I really appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be back!

    My husband took his truck through this car wash, and it ended up scratching his wheels. We filed a damage claim right away and were told we’d hear something back within a few days. It’s now been over 5 weeks, and we’ve received absolutely no update. Every time we’ve followed up, we’ve been given vague answers or told it’s out of their hands. The lack of communication has been just as frustrating as the damage itself. If something goes wrong, don’t expect timely follow-up or customer service. We gave them plenty of time to make it right and have been very disappointed with how this has been handled.
