  bill was very nice, I was a bit confused on what kind of oil change I needed but he explained what I needed so I could understand. Overall my first experience was great !

  I just wanna say that I had an immediate tire emergency at the end of the day and they were closing I pulled up as they were closing and Randy the manager took care of me better than any business would have treated me at the end of the day!!! Honestly guys I gave them a 10 out of 10 they really took care of me!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  Express used to be a 10 minute oil change service. Now the wait times are excessive, the people working there seem to be guessing and are dishonest. I stopped by for an oil change. Instead of doing what I requested the guy "bill" taps on my window, gives me a price $106, then comes and taps again to show me the air filter-AGAIN IM HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE- and a personalized quote of everything he thinks I should have done. When i declined this foolishness he seemed bothered. I noticed he listed tires on this quote he came up with so I asked why he chose different brand tires than the ones currently on my suv. This guy said he was trying to get the "cost friendly" aka cheaper options. And this is why I only stop at express for OIL CHANGES and go to Toyota/Lexus for everything else. You don't know how to talk to customers for one. For two, you asked me when I pulled in the parking lot how you could help me. I told you and you still couldn't just do that. It came with all these other scams. Ask yourself why should I come to you for anything other than an oil change- when you can't even get that done in the 10 mins promised on your website. Why even pretend like you are capable of handling more work when you are struggling with basic oil changes..... when the service was completed, i expected the technician to reset the maintenance light on my dashboard. Instead the technician gives me a total of $116 now and did not offer to reset the light at all. Other locations check your tires and tell you about your psi if theres an issue. This location does not. Other locations tell you if they had to top off any fluids, this location does not. Ive been to locations that spray WD 40 in each door. This location does not. I also find it weird that the technician stated a set of tires would be $1300 when i can get the exact set from $748-$800 in the area i live in and that includes mount and balance. The technician had me pull in and did hand signals to turn my tires to the right, so i did. He then waits until i shut my suv off to tell me his signal was for me to go to the right. Never at any oil change center has a technician not just verbally said go over to your right vs pointing to the right, waiting until a customer turns their wheels all the way to the right, putting their car in Park, shutting the car off then walking over saying i needed you to go over then pull up, once you pull up, go back a hair, once you go back, go back another hair. This alone is enough for me to never want to stop here again. Unless its his first day, this is chaotic. I hope i never have to return here. EVER.
