  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Valvoline in Collierville, and I especially want to recognize Riley for the outstanding service he provided. Riley was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was done correctly. What stood out most was his attitude and work ethic. He was friendly from the moment I arrived, communicated clearly about what was being done, answered questions confidently, and never made the experience feel rushed. He was attentive to the details and made sure I understood everything before I left. For a young employee, Riley carries himself with an impressive level of professionalism and maturity. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in representing Valvoline well. Employees like Riley are the reason customers feel comfortable returning to the same location instead of going somewhere else. I hope the management team at the Collierville location recognizes the kind of employee they have in Riley. Great customer service, a positive attitude in 1000 degree heat, strong communication, and a solid work ethic can be hard to find, and Riley demonstrated all of those qualities during my visit. He absolutely deserves recognition for the impression he leaves on customers. Thank you, Riley, for making my visit such a positive experience. I will definitely keep this Valvoline location in mind for future service and recommend it to others. Keep up the great work!

  Had a small window of time to get an oil change in the heat of the busy summer and they were able to get me in and out efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

  My daughter left and called me and said her skid plate was hanging down and vibrating after an oil change at this location. I called the shop and they had us bring it back. The manager looked me in my eye and said they have kits with specific screws for our car and they tightened everything up and it was secure. We got home and looked at it and they had zip tied the skid plate. I immediately called Valvoline corporate and filed a claim and they said a district manager would call me within 48 hours. I've since called back 5 times and it's been 2 months and I've yet to get a call back. The customer service line says "they don't have the DMs phone number to give to me". Not only were they not honest about the"fix" the management will not call you back to make it right.
