  I have been going here since 2020. I have been paying for an oil change and both filters to be change. I got my car looked at last week, and I have the original Toyota air filter in my car

  We have used Valvoline locations for over 30 years. I have never done a survey. Writing today to say that Markeyon is absolutely the best team member I have ever encountered at Valvoline. Friendly, attentive to the entire shop and staff; this guy is focused and he hustles. We came for a VW Taos oil change and left with that, rear differential fluid replacement, radiator fluid replacement, and new wipers! I rarely purchase extras that are recommended, but Markeyon’s confidence and consultative approach creates trust… which results in greater spend. I don’t know what Valvoline does for its top performers, but you have one in Markeyon; I hope you do something nice for him. Very well done at 979 W. Poplar in Collierville, TN. Very well done, Markeyon!

  The skinny little light skin dude with dreads had a horrible attitude at this location. He was yelling at an older woman to “drive! drive” when I pulled in. After a brief conversation with him and a lot of lip about me pulling into the bay I decided to decline service. Unfortunately, he was also the man in charge of the station. It’s really disappointing to see how low the customer service standards have declined in this area. I feel really bad that these young men are not raised to be respectful and use their manners. I will not be back to this location and would like to be contacted by a regional supervisor to tell them more about this gentleman. Wanted to add that I ended up in the Germantown location. Those guys have really good customer service and run a clean and efficient shop. Worth the drive to know you’re getting it done right. Don’t go to this location!
