  I pay monthly and I love that I can come as often as I need for one price at any of their Take 5 Car Wash! The vacuums have good suction and the complimentary detail center is always stocked and clean. 5 STARS!

  1 of the rotating brushes hasn’t worked for awhile and it’s been a couple weeks now where a 2nd brush isn’t working. Not sure why it takes so long to get things fixed in all locations.

  Went through this car wash and it popped my tire. They denied the claim to replace my tire saying I had poor alignment on my vehicle and that I was applying my brakes in the tunnel. (I have a lifetime alignment through Firestone and get this done atleast once a month with proof) They refused to go back and watch the video with me present. Even the staff told me that day it was the machines fault 100%. I go through car washes often, especially this one and this has never happened yet alone ever happened at any car wash. Even the staff mentioned they know I come there often because my truck stands out and they have noticed me. If this is how they do business and deny claims to save money when it was clearly their equipments fault, I will go to another car wash that handles their customers better than this. It’s not even about the money, it’s about honesty and integrity. They shifted all blame to poor alignment and I was engaging my brakes while in the tunnel. Also, they had several other claims on the desk at the same time I was in there one in which the guy next to me said he just came out of the car wash and it left giant scratch half way down his brand new Denali truck.
