  Incredibly Unprofessional Management & Defective Fleet I would give this location zero stars if I could. I rented a vehicle here on Thursday, July 2nd, for a long-distance road trip to Miami, Florida—a plan I explicitly detailed to the staff during check-out since I needed an UNLIMITED MILES contract. By the very next day, the dashboard started flashing an annoying, non-stop "Oil change required" warning light. When I called the Collierville TN office location to report that they handed me a car that wasn't properly serviced, the female employee who answered completely brushed me off. She didn't even want to say her name, whom i am speaking with. Her brilliant solution? She told me to go find a nearby Jiffy Lube and change the oil myself! I am a paying customer with a packed, tight schedule—why on earth is it my job to perform mechanical maintenance on an Enterprise corporate asset? Because the continuous warning pop-ups made me entirely uncomfortable driving the car long-distance, I had no choice but to cut my travel plans short and return the car early. When I brought the vehicle back, the customer service managed to get even worse. I spoke with the Branch Manager, Mr. Trey, who was shockingly rude, defensive, and aggressive. Instead of apologizing for ruining my trip, he actually tried to scold me, demandingly asking why I drove the car more than 1,000 miles. When I told him that the "oil change" notification was popping up frequently, he immediately tried to deflect blame, claiming that the maintenance company (like Jiffy Lube or Firestone) just forgot to reset the oil change menu, which is not true in this situation.Let me remind management: I paid for UNLIMITED MILES!. It's none of the enterprise car rental company business to question why i drove over 1000 miles or lecture me how many miles should i drive on a UNLIMITED MILES rental package. This place is completely neglecting their fleet, and it's happening to other people too. If regional management audits their system for that exact same day, they will see another customer reported the exact same "oil change required" issue on a completely different vehicle. Mr. Trey completely refused to offer a single dime in refunds for the massive inconvenience and early return, and he didn't even have the decency or basic manners to apologize. Total corporate negligence and hostile customer service. Save yourself the headache and rent from a different location.

  Everything went extremely well from top to bottom across from the customer service and the vehicle that was given to me for rental, which would be a black 2025 Nissan Altima that drove smooth handled smooth and got me from one part of town to the next with no issues ! I would like to also give my flowers to Josh Greer who has indeed taken care of me it gave me what I need regarding getting around. And my sole purpose for using Enterprise was because the car that I actually own was in the shop and I made a known that everything was excellent from start to finish once I walked inside of the building to return the rental car. And ask for Josh Greer, he deserves a raise !

  This location has the worst customer service of any rental car company I have ever dealt with in my life. I placed a reservation this morning for a 10 o’clock pick up and drove 20 minutes across town to pick up my rental. The second I gave her my name, She said oh you just booked a little while ago right we’re not accepting same-day reservations. Something needs to be sorted out for someone not to waste their entire morning trying to pick up a freaking rental car, and someone with some IQ needs to make a phone call when they see a reservation come in if they’re not going to be able to fulfill the reservation. I will absolutely never use enterprise again. They partner with National and I have top status with National and this is how they treat their best customers.
