I have been renting from Enterprise Rent a Car for several years at the Enterprise Collierville TN location. The reason I continue to rent from Enterprise is the local management & staff. Trey Lampley, Branch Manager, and Sean provide great customer service. They are very professional and customer friendly.

Josh was great! He was kind, patient, and willing to listen to me complain about everything—and nothing! 😂 I was called and told that the car I had reserved was unavailable and that my options were a minivan or a Mitsubishi (the one from “Fun with Dick and Jane). Needless to say, I didn’t want either one, and I definitely expressed my disappointment. Through it all, Josh remained calm, professional, and incredibly personable. He talked me through the gas mileage and even made his case that they had the “BMW of minivans!” We laughed, I calmed down, and yes—I rented the minivan! He even arranged for a driver to pick me up from my home, and from that point forward, the entire process was smooth and easy. Sometimes great customer service isn’t about being able to fix everything. Sometimes it’s simply about listening, being patient, and making someone feel heard—even when what they’re frustrated about has absolutely nothing to do with you and is completely outside of your control. Josh did exactly that, and I truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, patience, and sense of humor. He turned what started as a frustrating experience into a positive one. That is what great customer service looks like!

Trey makes this place tick. I have always used this location for all my car rentals and it has been fantastic. They always make things right. Treys the only reason we keep coming back to this location.

My wife and I rented a car for the weekend. Joshua Greer took care of us, he was extremely friendly and really made us feel like family instead of customers. I would highly recommend Joshua Greer to assist with any services at enterprise
