  DO NOT RENT HERE! SHOWED UP WITH RESERVATION AND THEY HAD NO CARS!!! THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON!

  I was involved in a hit and run & my insurance company sent over authorization to enterprise at different locations & no one had available cars & given nothing but the run around “Maybe just an Enterprise Thing”. I called this location & the lady “Tasia “ was so short, coming off almost very rude. I still ended up keeping the reservation with them, but reading the reviews does not look like I will have a great experience with them. I WILL UPDATE HOW IT GOES TOMORROW 🤞

  The car was nice the cleanliness was a little short, the outside could have been cleaner. The representatives were very good.

  THANK YOU NICK AND TREY!!! These guys have done it AGAIN. Trey and Nick took care of me during my last rental, and they absolutely went above and beyond for me this rental. They actually saved the day for us!!! About a month ago, we (parents of 12 high school girls) were looking for a vehicle to transport our girls to prom. All the chauffeured transport places we called were booked out for what we needed. I contacted Trey (Collierville Enterprise Manager) to see what he had available - we were willing to drive the girls ourselves at this point. At the time, local Enterprises only offered the 15 passenger Ford Transit. The girls were hoping for something ‘nicer’, so we continued our search. A few days later I received a call from Trey. They received 2026 15 passenger Mercedes Sprinters and he went out of his way to call and notify me! By that time, we had found and reserved a chauffeured van, but I was really thankful he remembered my request, and took the time to reach out to me. Today, I am even MORE GRATEFUL he did so, because we were notified ONE DAY BEFORE PROM our selected chauffeured vehicle was not available!! We had a chauffeured Mercedes Sprinter van reserved for a group of 12 girls, but were told the van ‘broke down’ and would not be ready in time for prom 😭 They offered an alternative vehicle, but let’s just say it wasn’t a vehicle the girls were excited to get out of…I believe ‘we’re going to look like we came from the nursing home..’ was one response to the replacement transportation lol This LITERALLY created havoc amongst the parent group. Remembering Trey’s previous call, I contacted Enterprise and Nick answered. I let him know the situation, and he IMMEDIATELY went to work on finding us one of their Mercedes Sprinters (mind you, I called Enterprise at 5:25p - they close at 6p). He could have very easily said ‘no, we don’t have one’ (because they didn’t). He actually made calls, probably pulled some strings, and made arrangements to PICK A MERCEDES SPRINTER UP from another location tonight to get it cleaned and ready for us to pick up at 9am tomorrow morning!!! I cannot tell you how GRATEFUL we are (parents of 12 high school girls headed to prom tomorrow) for these guy’s EXCEPTIONAL service, empathy and dedication to making this happen for us!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU NICK AND TREY!!! DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR VEHICLE RENTALS!!! THE COLLIERVILLE ENTERPRISE WILL 100% TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU!!!!
