Came in for electrical issues with my headlights they ended up wanting 780 dollars for the repair with the price for a used tipm when used tipms run at most 500 dollars and most of them are 100 to 300 dollars also when I didnt want to pay the price the cost just for diagnostic was almost 300 dollars where if I took it to the dealership 200 dollars would get me a full inspection and diagnostic. Only reason I trusted this shop was because of the 4.4 star rating but looking at the reviews their 1 star reviews seem a lot more realistic than the 5 stars looks like they just paid to get the good reviews to balance out the bad ones I will be recommending everyone I know to never go here thought it was a professional local shop in reality they are just a scam and it'd end up cheaper just to go to the dealership for most repairs

They helped me out of real jam while traveling from Ohio to Alabama. They could have taken advantage of my situation but they helped me instead.

Took my car in to get the ac fixed. They called me later that day to give an estimate of $967 so I agreed to the work. They called back 10 mins later to say they never added the compressor to the quote and it will now be almost $1900 (I did not have the work done). This shop overcharges on “book time hours” and price gouges you with part mark ups. They explained they mark up parts because they offer a “2 year, 24k mile warranty” but both compressors I price checked offered a 1-2 year warranty. Most shops also waive the diag fee if you have them fix the issue they diagnosed, this shop does not. Lack of transparency and disingenuous.

Well both trucks are working, parts marked up100% to 300%. Well boys after reviewing my bill for the 99 F350, it frost me even more. The brakes are dangerously inadequate, pedal goes almost to the floor. The a/c work cost me $667.36 for evaluation, testing, and parts and the a/c still doesn't work. If you can't figure it out with all the systems review them I don't know. Yes I did decline a new compressor, all of the existing parts should have been tested before just throwing parts at it.
