  They helped me out of real jam while traveling from Ohio to Alabama. They could have taken advantage of my situation but they helped me instead.

  Took my car in to get the ac fixed. They called me later that day to give an estimate of $967 so I agreed to the work. They called back 10 mins later to say they never added the compressor to the quote and it will now be almost $1900 (I did not have the work done). This shop overcharges on “book time hours” and price gouges you with part mark ups. They explained they mark up parts because they offer a “2 year, 24k mile warranty” but both compressors I price checked offered a 1-2 year warranty. Most shops also waive the diag fee if you have them fix the issue they diagnosed, this shop does not. Lack of transparency and disingenuous.

  They charged me 400$ for the same diagnostic test that the dealership ran for 89$ after top tech said they couldn't fix it.

  Car repairs are never the task a woman wants to deal with, much less take her 3 children along for. However, the two men I dealt with at Top Tech Automotive, were extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. While waiting for my alignment, they turned the tv to a kids channel. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
