- BCBarbara Campbell4 days ago1.0I left there owing six hundred plus dollars. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I kept having to respond to a sales person telling me I needed other parts. I had no idea if it was legit. I am a senior lady and feel I was taken advantage of. After checking a mechanic with whom I provided my receipt. He said I didn’t need those extras. He checks my car periodically for problems.
- HKHoward Kash5 days ago2.0Went for tire rotation and synthetic oil changed. They suggested a battery replacement which I agree to. Fast and efficient service but they charged me $33 for "shop supplies". This was never mentioned when cost of service was discussed. Probably won't return.

They not just replaced the tires on my car but they even did my alignment, and did my tpms on it too on my car all together at a great price all the other places in Cleveland, TN was going to charge me a fortune for! Christian was the one that checked me in and even went far beyond to get my car going great and at a great price and knew what I was needing and even walked me through all what was wrong and even took his time to explain everything to me at a simple way that I could understand it so we could fix my car to get it riding smoothly on the road again. The crew did an amazing job too and was fast and accurate at what they do at their job. Would I suggest this place to friends and family? Certainly I sure would. Amazing place. Thanks all that worked on my car!
