I had an issue that morning that that had stopped when I drove on my break for lunch. I wanted to make sure there was not a problem because I'm in Cleveland for an event and have to drive back to my home in evening. The trip back is 2 hrs going in the mountains. I received a peace of mind due to their quick response of inspecting my breaks. I did not need any services, just the inspection. So I say thank you to Justin and his team. I would recommend NTB and Justin to someone else.
