These guys have been working on my car for years. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. I received an oil flyer discount in the mail to a garage just south of them. This garage said I needed a new oil pan gasket because it was leaking. They also said the control arm bushings on my vehicle are separating, which is a safety concern that requires your immediate attention. I took it to Cleveland Tire and they checked it out. The mechanic was a real strong Christian man which I loved. He said there’s no oil leak and nothing is wrong with the front end of the car. So if you are reading this, be careful who you trust your car with. I’ll be a lifelong supporter and customer to Cleveland Tire. People you can trust!

I had an outstanding experience at Cleveland Tire Center! From the very first phone call to walking through the door, Jeff provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's rare to find someone who is just as helpful over the phone as they are in person, and Jeff exceeded my expectations. The technicians also did an excellent job. Their work was professional, efficient, and gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. It's clear they take pride in what they do. A big shout-out to Big Andy for building such a welcoming business and creating a positive work environment. You can tell the team enjoys what they do, and that attitude carries over into the customer experience. It's the kind of place that earns loyal customers and keeps people coming back. If you're looking for honest service, knowledgeable staff, and quality workmanship, I highly recommend Cleveland Tire Center!
