  I had an outstanding experience at Cleveland Tire Center! From the very first phone call to walking through the door, Jeff provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's rare to find someone who is just as helpful over the phone as they are in person, and Jeff exceeded my expectations. The technicians also did an excellent job. Their work was professional, efficient, and gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. It's clear they take pride in what they do. A big shout-out to Big Andy for building such a welcoming business and creating a positive work environment. You can tell the team enjoys what they do, and that attitude carries over into the customer experience. It's the kind of place that earns loyal customers and keeps people coming back. If you're looking for honest service, knowledgeable staff, and quality workmanship, I highly recommend Cleveland Tire Center!

  I gave them one star because they would not help me. They will only do work if you buy from them. Truck tires are expensive, so I bought a set of 4 new tires elsewhere that had a good deal. When I called Cleveland Tire Center to mount and balance them, they wouldn't do it because I didnt buy the tires from them. They told me "we are in the business of selling tires, not putting on other people's". I'm sure they are nice and friendly to people who are paying them. I love that the business is family owned, they just wouldn't do any work for me. I respect the business model they have, but I will take my business to Wilson's Tire on Central Avenue. They are another small business that usually does my tire work, but they were unexpectedly closed for a family thing on the Saturday I needed the tires put on. I hope this review helps someone else trying to make it in this economy.

  Best shop in the Cleveland area by far. Professional, transparent and knowledgeable. Fair pricing as well.
