  The first time I took our jeep there everything was great! This time the gentleman told me we had a small oil leak. I pad the bill and thanked him. I arrived at my next stop and took a minute to read the information stated on the receipt. It stated that we had a severe oil leak. To me that is a huge difference! So I tried to call them back and I had to call back 7 different times throughout the afternoon to get in touch with a live person, this was extremely frustrating! Once I got in touch with the person who told me it was a small oil leak I asked him which was it; a small oil leak or a severe oil leak. Instead of answering my question he explained to me (as if I were a child and the difference between a small oil leak and a severe oil leak) that was so disrespectful! When he got done his explanation he asked if there was anything else (I was so upset) I just said no and hung up. Needless to say I do not want to go back there.

  The team was great and welcoming. The manager was on site and made it a point to stop and say hello. I’ve used Valvoline for years and this was definitely one of the best experiences I had at any of the many Valvoline stores I’ve visited. I felt so welcomed that I actually bought an added service that was offered by JT. He was chill non-pressured but you could tell he was just doing his job and doing it well. The manager was out there helping the staff and reminded them, “hey guys don’t forget Subaru is a required e-vac” this ensures the quality and reliability of the team. I appreciate a leader that can get into the thick of it with other team members. Keep up the good work!

  Had a great experience here! I came in for an oil change and air/cabin filter replacement, and the entire process was quick and efficient. They also topped off my fluids and checked the air pressure in my tires, which I really appreciated. The manager was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful, and every employee I interacted with was friendly and professional. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, which was great. Excellent customer service and quality work. I'll definitely be coming back!
