  Unacceptable. Wanted to just do a basic carwash to knock dust off. The bully by the "self pay" kiosk, went to grab my card from hand... I stated I could work this "self pay" kiosk myself. He commented that my vehicle required the "PRO 5" and that the basic "WASH" was unable to accommodate my vehicle. As per this employee (bully) since my vehicle was unable to be accommodated, I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere.

  Attendants were polite, courteous and helpful. The actual wash did a great job and I will definitely be back.

  So my 1st experience with Take 5. Absolutely HORRIBLE!. I get there and prices are high, but i just picked up a used car. It has grime on it from sitting. Not tree sap just stuck on grime. I understood that the automatic car washes will not get the corners and all the "tough to reach" places. Im good with detailing after. Well, after paying 24 dollars I notice the pre-soak and scrub guy was doing a quick spray on half the front/hood of the cars and half heartedly running a brush on the front of the cars infront of me and the same on the back of them. RED FLAG. He did the same to us. Next, we go in and go through the shortest tracked auto car wash I have ever been through. Pull around to the vac lot and get out. Stuck my finger on the top of the car and pulled back a black finger showing a huge streak of clean car where I wiped my finger. I threw some cleaner rubbed with a towel and took the attached picture. I had to wash the whole car by hand with their interior spray. I asked the attendant to look at it and he stated. "That is why we have the cleaner and towels so you can detail." I replied i am having to wash this whole car by hand. This isnt detailing, it is washing the car again. This isnt worth 24.00! I asked for the manager on-duty. He replied that was him. He was the assistant manager. He said he could allow me to run through again. I asked for a refund. He told me to call customer service for that. (Run around) i called they said the manager on duty was to make that decision. Car wash works for clean cars but its a waste of money, time overall. Service is terrible and i am out 24.00. I had to go elsewhere to get the car washed properly. The "wax" was non existant as well. Take 5, in my opinion, is nothing but crap. Boarder line frauds. And I was told the manager would call. Not holding my breath. I will update if they contact me.

  1 star is being generous. Only pre spray one side of my vehicle. I paid $30 got a 1 minute roll through car wash and my truck was still dirty. I shall not be returning to this overpriced minimal servicing establishment.

  Most vacuums didn’t work and the ones that did work didn’t vacuum very well. Trash cans were overfilled. Felt like a very dirty place.
