  Most vacuums didn’t work and the ones that did work didn’t vacuum very well. Trash cans were overfilled. Felt like a very dirty place.

  I selected the $30 wash package and left the facility, only to discover about an hour later that the back of my vehicle was still dirty. I returned to address the issue and was told by an employee that my standard trailer hitch prevented their equipment from fully cleaning the vehicle. When I asked why customers are not informed of this beforehand or asked to remove the hitch prior to entering the wash, the employee responded that he “assumed everyone knows that” and felt no explanation was necessary. What makes this even more frustrating is that, if the hitch is truly known to interfere with or potentially damage your equipment, customers should be stopped and informed before proceeding through the wash. Additionally, I have never experienced this issue at any other car wash using this same vehicle and hitch setup. The lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing. When I explained that this experience had lost my business, the employee’s response was simply to wave goodbye.

  A decent car wash. I'm a monthly member, but the spinning wash wheel on the driver side when you go through the car wash has been broken for a really long time. The first one on the left that cleans the door. Because of this, I don't think the car wash does as good of job as it should.

  WARNING - Absolute trash of a company. Stole my money by accepting payment when their machines were down and could not perform services paid for. Then customer service assured me I could get refunded but now almost a month later they tell me they will not reimburse me, even though I had to drive to another car wash directly after to fix what they stole my money and could not perform services paid. Sure it’s $10 bucks or so, but the principle and lack of ethics to steal someone’s money for a service you’re clearly incapable of performing, then refusing reimbursement despite assuring the customer you would. Absolutely insane. Do these photos look like a car washing service was performed? This is after. And they feel they are justified in retaining money for service. Think twice before giving these SHADY unethical people your money. There’s a car wash on every street corner in Clarksville. Do the right thing and boycott companies like this. I don’t even post reviews but the audacity of this is wild to me.
