  I had a great experience at Serra Cadillac today. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist with a big smile and a friendly attitude. The young man at the front was very helpful. He checked my car, verified that the tire sensor light was on, and had the car taken to the back for service. While I waited, I sat in the clean waiting area. I even noticed a gentleman come in to check the room and wipe down a table, which showed me they care about keeping the place clean and comfortable for customers. Later, I was told that all four tire sensors needed to be replaced. They only had one available at first, but the mechanic went and got the other three. I walked over to Johnny’s Burger for lunch, and while I was walking back, I received a call saying my car was done. The ladies at the pay desk were also smiling, friendly, and professional. Overall, everyone treated me with kindness and respect. It was a great experience from start to finish.

  We were thrilled with how easy the process was to purchase our new Trailblazer. D’Angelo was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was a pleasure to deal with. He did not pressure us to buy, and also took time to explain not only the purchasing process, but also all the features of the vehicle. All the team was great to work with. We highly recommend visiting the Serra team in Clarksville!

  Dropped our truck off because it would randomly not start. Our service advisor, Chris said he would be in contact with us as soon as they diagnosed it. I received no phone calls or text messages from Chris. I had to reach out multiple times for updates. Chris then told me after having my truck for four days the reason why he never called was because he could not get in touch with our warranty company. I had the warranty company on the phone within five minutes. They told me no attempt to reach them was ever made. Chris said the reason I was able to contact them was because I had different tools than he did. Chris not only did not call me, he never tried to get in contact with the warranty company. We picked our truck up and took it somewhere else for the repairs. Highly do not recommend.

  Serra Chevrolet is the only place I trust with my vehicles. They completed my front brakes and oil change in a timely manner, and during the inspection they explained that my coolant needed to be replaced and flushed as well. When I asked if they could do it the same day, they said yes, and within 45 minutes everything was finished. I was extremely happy that I won’t have to come back until December for service. Everyone there is so nice, respectful, and professional—from the cashiers and service advisors to the mechanics and other staff. Right now, I’m going through chemotherapy and don’t get out much, so it’s a blessing to know I can take my vehicle somewhere and have no worries. Thank you all for your excellent service and kindness. You truly make a difference. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars!

  I recently purchased a truck from Serra Chevrolet, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process as smooth as possible. A special shoutout goes to Josh “Cyclone” Austin, who was absolutely awesome throughout the entire buying process. He was friendly, honest, responsive, and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel like an absolute breeze. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept everything straightforward, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way.
