  I took my 2014 Chevy Cruze in to the dealership because of a coolant leak. I was advised I needed a new engine with an approximate cost of $10k. In 2022 I spent $5600 in repairs to the engine and in 2025 paid $800 for turbo inlet hose, water outlet, air bleed hose, oil cooler hose, coolant. Coolant level was down and they didn't even top it off. I also requested that the code for purge valve be checked. Purge valve was replaced in 2022. If the purge valve is not a problem at this time - which it shouldn't be - then to please clear the code as it was probably triggered by the gas cap. The code was not cleared. I got absolutely no information regarding the results of diagnostics yet was charged $225 - for what? I got nothing except the recommendation to pour yet another $10k into my car. Not even a rundown on any findings. I expect some information about what exactly is wrong considering all of the money I have spent in recent years to keep the car and engine in roadworthy condition. I would appreciate an itemization of exactly what was revealed from diagnostics.

  Flawless experience. Sales team was an absolute class act. Sales manager, Conrad and sales associate, Brandon are nothing short of top notch professionals in every way. Highly recommended is an incredible understatement. Wouldn’t suggest purchasing a vehicle without a visit to Clarksville Serra, regardless of the drive.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Serra Chevrolet in Clarksville. In the last 60 days, I've spent over $2,000 in cash on repairs and maintenance because I wanted my truck serviced by a Chevrolet dealership. Unfortunately, the customer service has been unacceptable. The biggest issue is communication. You can drop your vehicle off for three days and not receive a single update unless you repeatedly call or stop by yourself. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to constantly chase down a service advisor just to find out what's happening with their vehicle. To make matters worse, when you do ask for an update, you're often met with an attitude instead of good customer service. When someone is paying thousands of dollars out of pocket, the least they should expect is professionalism, respect, and regular communication. I have never complained about paying for quality work—I simply expect to be kept informed about my vehicle. At this point, I would rather drive to a Chevrolet dealership in Nashville than continue dealing with the lack of communication and poor customer service at Serra Chevrolet in Clarksville. I hope management addresses these issues because customers who choose to spend their money at the dealership deserve much better. *** update *** THEY REPLIED AND JUST GAVE ME THE GENERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK NUMBER**

  I’m gonna try to keep this short because the amount of overwhelmingly positive things I have to say about sales rep Josh Austin would take up too much time!! I have known Josh for many years and can say there isn’t a better car guy out there then him. He is a man of the people and for the people. He is local. He is loyal. He is trustworthy to a fault. If you are looking for someone to take good care of you and your family when looking for a new or used vehicle this is your guy. Class act all the way around and no BS. Thanks for being awesome Josh!!

  Do not recommend the service department. We’ve only been there for basic vehicle maintenance. They busted my glove compartment when removing it to check the cabin air filter during an oil change—didn’t say anything. They let us find it broken when we opened the glove compartment. Mind you, we couldn’t even get it open at first because they had reinstalled it improperly. My oil was dirty and low after appointment and I’m not even sure that they completed an oil change. My husband went in there a different date for oil change and tire rotation and the air in his truck tires was not inflated to proper psi upon rotation completion. I’m not confident that they do their job to its fullest potential. I want a service department that cares about my vehicle as if it were their own. This place is not it. We will not be returning. Only giving 1 star because I cannot post without it.
