  Joshua Austin was amazing! He was very helpful, professional, and made the whole car-buying experience easy and stress-free. He truly went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend Joshua Austin. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Serra Chevrolet Clarksville, especially because of Conrad Haggard and Joshua Austin. I recently had an issue with the vehicle I purchased and decided that I wanted to exchange it. I was honestly worried about how complicated and stressful the process might be, but Conrad completely changed that experience for me. He was incredibly understanding, patient, and professional. He listened to my concerns, took me seriously, and went above and beyond to help me. Conrad put in a lot of effort to make the exchange happen and somehow managed to get everything taken care of, including all the paperwork, in about two hours. He was so kind and understanding throughout the entire process, and I truly felt that he wanted to help me rather than just make a sale. That meant a lot to me. I also want to give a huge thank you to Joshua Austin. This was the second time he helped me choose a vehicle, and once again, he was absolutely wonderful. He was so patient with me, answered all of my questions, took the time to understand what I wanted, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was genuinely helpful and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Both Conrad and Joshua went above and beyond for me, and I really appreciate the way they treated me with respect, patience, and kindness. They made a stressful situation turn into a positive experience.
