  Great service technician. Person was on time for his appointment and was polite. Fixed my glass in a timely manner and the lifetime warranty is an added bonus.

  I’m glad my windshield got replaced, but for the price I paid I would have expected to not have torn up rubber left on the inside of my car and dash. The drum to the outside of the windshield was also not properly reinstalled, and the rubber seal on it was town at some point during the replacement and not replaced. I would have expected them to be prepared to replace it if they toe it while working.

  Lost our business….twice! Scheduled an appointment last year to repair a chipped windshield. Their estimate didn’t mention until the day of the appointment that they also charge another $200 for the calibration of the windshield. Our car had less than 5,000 miles on it so our dealer would do it for no charge. They refused to do the repair without also doing the calibration so we cancelled and went elsewhere. We gave them another chance when the same car had yet another chip. Thirty minutes before our appointment window we get a barely literate text message telling us their mobile tech didn’t show up so we can reschedule or we can take our car to them. No thanks.

  Crack spread on the windshield of my wife's Nissan Rogue. And the dealership prices were twice of what Safelite quoted, and they were doing exactly the same work. Customer service was top notch. And can't beat the convenience of having my technician (Nicholas) to perform the work at my home. Freeing me up to work inside.
