  Everything went as expected and when you do get someone on the phone they are amicable... IF you get a hold of someone. I need a receipt for my service and have not gotten one. I've tried calling several times but it's an exercise in futility at times. Today is Monday 9:15 central and I keep getting a message that says to call back 8 AM through 7PM Central due to offices being closed. Its also not a holiday. Its been like this through the whole experience.

  After a long drive from Texas, I got hit by a rock and had to have my windshield replaced while in the Clarksville area. Both people I dealt with were very professional and friendly. All questions were answered and the work was completed very quickly! I highly recommend this Safelite location.

  I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite and had the pleasure of working with technician Adam. From start to finish, he was an absolute delight to work with—friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. We did run into an unexpected mishap when the replacement windshield broke during the installation process. Adam handled the situation perfectly. He stayed calm, never showed even a hint of frustration, and immediately went to work resolving the issue so I could get back on the road safely. His professionalism and positive attitude turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that left me feeling completely taken care of. Adam’s excellent communication and commitment to quality made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate how he went above and beyond to make things right. Safelite is lucky to have someone like him on its team. If you need auto glass service and want world-class service, don’t hesitate—ask for Adam if you can. I would absolutely use Safelite again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Adam and Safelite!

  6/16/2026 at 1765 Alpine Dr Clarksville, TN 37040- I went to get a full windshield repair and the pricing was affordable. Timing didn’t take long at all. As I drove off not a single water spot on the windshield. It was clean and clear like there wasn’t one there 😅 10/10 repair guy did great! Didn’t get his name though.

  I've always had good experiences with Safelite when it comes to windshield replacements. Living in the Nashville area is great, but the amount of rocks and road debris on the highways is unreal. Unfortunately, that means I've had to replace more than a few windshields over the years. I usually go with Safelite because their pricing is typically among the best. This time, I took advantage of their mobile service and had them come to my house. That was incredibly convenient, and I appreciated that there wasn't an extra charge for it. My only complaint is the cost of recalibrating the front-facing camera after the windshield was installed. I understand it has to be done, but it seemed pretty expensive considering it only took the technician about 10 minutes to complete. Overall, the service was professional, the technician was great, and the convenience was hard to beat. Hopefully I won't need another windshield anytime soon, but if I do, Safelite will definitely be one of the first places I check.
