  Daniel was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He arrived earlier than planned (which was great for us), saying he had finished his first job sooner than expected. Daniel explained the process thoroughly. I was very satisfied with my service.

  Safelite was very communicative and thorough throughout the entire repair scheduling process. My technician, Robert, was very prompt and communicative as well. He made sure to call me when I was on the way, and when he had a traffic issue that was going to make him a little later than when he was scheduled. He arrived and was very friendly and informative throughout the entire service. He even offered to move my vehicle back for me after he had to move it to complete my service. He was in and out in a hour and left my car cleaner than how it was when I parked it. I absolutely recommend him, and safelite for any windshield repairs. It was also an added bonus that they came to me for the repair so I didn’t even have to leave my house.

  Absolutely the worst service these last few weeks! Windshield was just replaced (in-store)due to rock damage. Then a hail storm hit and caused a huge crack. Safelite came to our home and couldn’t replace the windshield, broke a part and three tries later, still no fix! No one answers the phone. A complete lack of communication, accountability and respect for our vehicle. And they’ve been PAID by USAA. Reached out to executives who called the local office and NO answer.   Unfortunately while driving on I 24 a rock kicked up and cracked my windshield. But the repair process and say of was made easy by safelight. There was adequate ans helpful communication tk keep me updated and prepared throughout the time line from moment of request until the repair was finished. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and was professional and courteous. Overall great experience. I hope I never have need again but I know if I do safelight will be there.
