  They reserved the truck for me. Then they gave it to someone else! Whats the point of reservations if no truck is available - WILL FIXED IT AND FOUND ME A TRUCK. gave me a call after one hour. Thank you will

  We rented a truck from home Depot and it broke down at the Dover landfill, called service and they sent out Adam. He called me and let me know he was on his way and when he got there he promptly went through with trying to get us back on the road. When he realized he wasn't going to be able to get the truck running for us he called Maddie and she personally brought us out a new truck so we wouldn't be stuck waiting. These 2 are great members on your staff and I can't thank them enough for the excellent service that I was provided on my personal time. I work for red k ight distribution and we do all of our service here and I'm glad that I was taken care of, thank you

  MILITARY FRIENDLY. Clean and Affordable trucks. Fast! Stoney proficiently accommodated our last minute requests, with a positive personality and job knowledge. This meant a lot to my family and me. His inciative is the reason I am retained as a repeat consumer with Penske.
