All of that stopped when my state specialist reached out to me. She got the show on the road. Only thing I would change is not letting me know how much it would it would cost to get the device installed. It was more than I remembered and I couldn’t pay for it. I was stuck at the audio specialist from 9:30 until 4. I ended up having to call multiple people until I found someone that would cover the $255 installation cost. Then I found out that I owed Intoxalock $140. The whole process was far more than I thought it would be. I just wish someone would have told me.
